Since the beginning of the 20 th century, the rapid development of physics and its wide application in materials, energy, environment, information and other scientific fields which have brought great changes to human production and life.In order to meet the needs of social development, the reform and renewal of physics curriculum in basic education came into being.According to the requirements of the new curriculum standard, the physics course of compulsory education should be able to highlight the essence of physics in physics teaching and the contribution of physics to science and technology society;be able to cultivate people with comprehensive development of subject core accomplishment in the teaching goal. When it comes to the junior high school, the requirements of physics teaching is: junior high school physics curriculum content must be combined with the actual life of students, classroom teaching materials from life, and finally return to social life to apply it.Combined with the requirements of the new curriculum standard and the current difficult situation of the cultivation of students' core literacy in physics, the further study of junior middle school physics life teaching has very important practical significance. In combination with several years of practical teaching experience and postgraduate learning experience, the author chose to study the core quality-oriented physics life-oriented teaching in junior middle school. On the basis of studying a series of theories related to life, education and learning, the life-oriented teaching strategy is summarized in detail.According to the life-oriented teaching strategy, two typical teaching cases Vaporization and Liquefaction and Atmospheric Pressure are designed and presented from three aspects of life-oriented preparation before class,life-oriented classroom teaching and life-oriented homework after class, and then summarize and reflect the classroom teaching effect. The author selected two classes of Grade eight with similar learning situation that she taught during her internship as the experimental class and the control class, and carried out preliminary life-oriented teaching for the experimental class, and traditional teaching for the control class. Then through questionnaire to students and the final examination paper analysis after a semester contrast teaching, the students' attitude to learn physics,life-oriented teaching consciousness and physical differences on some aspects, such as core literacy, the author analyze the benefits of physical life teaching as well as the difficulties and problems in the practice process as her own teaching accumulated some experience in the junior middle school physics into daily life in the future, and also hope to provide some reference and reference to the current junior middle school physics teachers. The results of research indicate that: subject core literacy in junior middle school physics life teaching can effectively improve the teaching effect, which is also the way of teaching that the students are willing to accept and enjoy. It can effectively expand the minds of students, improve the students' logical reasoning, innovation capability, communication and other aspects, osmosis core cultivate the student's physical quality. However, there are also some problems to be solved, such as how to deal with the problem that inquiry activities in life-oriented classroom teaching which may take a lot of time and affect the teaching progress; How to solve the contradiction between inquiring homework which requires students to spend a lot of spare time and the tension of spare time of junior high school students at present. It is also the problem that the author needs to continue to study and solve.
