Model construction is an important process in scientific research,and it is an important way for scientists to lead from scientific research topics to scientific research achievements.To some extent,the process of students learning scientific knowledge is just a miniaturized scientific research process.Therefore,model construction is of great value for students to understand knowledge and analyze problems,and it is an effective teaching mode to develop students' cognitive quality of model.Through literature research,this thesis sorts out and analyzes the related literature of model construction,explains the core concepts of model and model construction,and analyzes the related modeling theories.On this basis,interview method is used to understand the current teaching situation of model construction of chemistry teachers in senior high schools.The questionnaire survey was used to understand the level of students' model cognitive literacy.The results showed that teachers were not clear about the modeling process,and students' model cognitive literacy remained at the primary level.Based on the literature analysis and investigation results,the basic process framework of senior high school chemistry teaching based on model construction is put forward.The framework divides the modeling process into seven stages: arousing model awareness,defining model elements,associating model elements,sorting out model output,model application,model optimization and model establishment.Under the guidance of this framework,the content of electrochemical unit is selected for teaching design and practice.Through case interviews,learn about the changes of students' knowledge understanding and problem solving;Through the test paper,the cognitive literacy level of students' models is tested.The results show that the teaching of model construction has a positive impact on students,promoting students' systematic and essential knowledge,and improving students' model cognitive literacy.
