With the continuous development of China's educational reform process,education is gradually returning to the essence of educating people.The purpose of education is to develop students' correct values,necessary character and key abilities.From the perspective of cultivating students' core literacy,this paper explores how to cultivate and improve students' humanistic literacy in the field of biology in senior high school.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:First,through the review of relevant literature,the humanistic quality is divided into four categories,including humanistic knowledge,humanistic thinking,humanistic spirit and humanistic behavior,which are specifically divided into 16 sub categories,including traditional cultural knowledge,humanitarian spirit,patriotism and tolerance and cooperation.Based on this,the humanistic quality classification scale is made,and the student questionnaire and teachers' interview outline are prepared according to the classification scale to investigate the current situation of students' humanistic quality;Second,according to the survey and interview results,it is analyzed that the level of students' humanistic quality needs to be improved.The fundamental reason is the lack of internalization of humanistic knowledge and humanistic thinking;Third,according to the problems of insufficient internalization of humanistic quality,this paper puts forward the ways to cultivate students' humanistic quality and the teaching process of cultivating students' humanistic quality;Fourth,take the humanistic literacy classification scale as the standard to sort out the humanistic materials contained in the 2019 PEP senior high school biology textbook,and design teaching cases to cultivate students' humanistic literacy;Fifth,through the post-test survey,it is concluded that infiltrating humanistic quality into high school biology teaching from the perspective of core literacy can improve the level of students' humanistic quality.
