At present,China is in a new era of science and technology,economy and other aspects of development,the rapid development of the times put forward higher requirements for talents.In order to implement the spirit of the 18 th and 19 th National Congress of the CPC,the Ministry of education has successively issued the opinions of the Ministry of education on comprehensively deepening the curriculum reform and implementing the fundamental task of cultivating talents by virtue and the curriculum standards for general high school curriculum and Chinese(2017)edition.The issuance of the documents provides the basic ideological guidance for improving the quality of students and realizing the transformation from a big country of human resources to a powerful country of human resources.The process of building socialism with Chinese characteristics requires educators to cultivate more high-quality people to adapt to the construction and development of socialism with Chinese characteristics.In addition,China is at the end of the first 100 years.It is of great significance for the country to speed up the reform process and cultivate generations of high-quality talents.For educators in our country,exploring a training system or mode suitable for our national conditions is conducive to creating a good picture of talents in large numbers.The preliminary work of this paper includes the summary,definition and analysis of the related concepts of biological core literacy,in order to better understand the concepts of biological core literacy and core literacy.In addition,the theoretical basis of the related research is described and the Enlightenment of the theoretical basis to the biology education and teaching is summarized.After that,we also interviewed the biology teachers.Finally,three representative lessons are selected for summary and analysis.Among these three lessons,one is more difficult,one is experiment,and the other is less easy.The research methods of this paper include literature method,interview method and teaching case analysis method.Through this study,we summarize the Enlightenment of education theory and core literacy related concepts to biological education and teaching,and also summarize nine suggestions and Enlightenment on teaching process.I hope to provide some reference or inspiration for biology teachers' education and teaching through the research of theory and practice.The conclusion of this paper summarizes nine points: 1.Which qualities should be infiltrated into a class should be determined according to the teaching content and conform to the teaching materials;2.The process of infiltrating core literacy should grasp the right opportunity and pay attention to the priorities.The process of infiltrating core literacy is a natural process or a process of making good use of the circumstances;3.Formalism should be avoided when introducing the history of science into Teaching The introduction of the history of science should not beregarded as a task to be completed at will and the thinking of why the history of science should be introduced at this time should not be lost;4.The phenomenon of negative transfer of knowledge of individual disciplines should be considered while strengthening the connection between disciplines;5.Social responsibility literacy includes those that can be realized in the near future and can be developed in the long term,and the implementation of social responsibility literacy should have corresponding task requirements for students;6.Biology discipline core The infiltration of mental quality should consider the factors of time and space;7.In the process of teaching,we should consider whether the order of teaching process is reasonable,and whether it is conducive to the active construction of students' knowledge;8.In the teaching,we should set up as many exploratory situations as possible;9.In the introduction part of teaching process,we should consider whether it is suitable for the infiltration of core quality of subjects,and avoid the influence of irrelevant factors.
