Since the 21 st century,with the rapid development of economy and information,higher requirements have been put forward for the development of talents.In order to cultivate talents that meet the requirements of the new era,a new round of education reform has begun,and new education and teaching has begun.The reform proposes that efforts should be made to improve the core literacy of students.Today's "core literacy" has become an important educational concept in the field of education in China.The Ministry of Education's latest "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2017 Edition)" condenses the core literacy of biology,and requires the development of students' core literacy from four aspects: life concept,scientific thinking,scientific inquiry and social responsibility.Biology is an experiment-based discipline.In daily teaching,more attention should be paid to experimental teaching.Firstly,the research carried out the collation and analysis of the relevant research progress of biological core literacy and biological experiment teaching at home and abroad through the literature method.Afterwards,interviews and questionnaires were used to investigate the current situation of high school experimental teaching based on biological core literacy training.The problems were found by collating and analyzing data,and the factors affecting high school experimental teaching based on biological core literacy training were sorted out.The main points are as follows: 1.The laboratory facilities are rudimentary,lack of professional experimental management personnel;2.The biology course is tense,and the student experiment rate is low;3.The experimental teaching concept is backward,and the teaching style of teaching is mainly;4.Lack of teacher professional training,teachers do not care about experimental teaching.In view of the above influencing factors,through consulting a large number of documents,put forward relevant practical strategies: 1.Reasonable allocation of laboratory facilities and strengthening the construction and management of laboratories;2.Actively arrange experimental teaching during the experimental teaching class;3.Transform teacher teaching concept,optimize experimental teaching mode;4.Enhance teachers' experimental teaching skills and cultivate students' core literacy.Combined with the proposed strategy,after conducting the corresponding practical research,the following conclusions are obtained: 1.Strengthening the construction and management of the laboratory;2.Increasing the experimental opening rate by using the interest group time;3.The teacher pays more attention to the inquiry.Experimental teaching;4.Focus on the cultivation of students' core literacy.Suggestions for some ofthe shortcomings found in the practice research process,in order to continue to improve and learn in the future research and teaching process.
