Under the background of the new curriculum reform,the traditional teaching concept can no longer meet the development of today's teaching reform,so diversified teaching methods and means emerge as the times require,and the innovation of teaching methods is the general trend.the formation of a more perfect and optimized new teaching method is an important way to promote the progress and development of education in our country.“Ball feeling lesson practice” is a new method in badminton teaching,which meets the needs of our country for new teaching methods and is of exploratory significance.In order to explore the influence of “ball sense class practice” on badminton teaching in middle school,this study applies traditional teaching and “ball sense class practice” to the control group and the experimental group respectively.The purpose of this study is to explore the influence of “ball sense class practice” on students' badminton skill level,actual combat level and badminton interest.This study adopts the methods of literature,expert interview,questionnaire,experiment,mathematical statistics and logical analysis.“Ball sense lesson practice”is based on the traditional teaching method,and 8 minutes of “Ball sense lesson practice” is arranged in each class,such as forehand and backhand ball,hitting the ball against the wall,etc.,in order to explore the influence of “ball sense class practice” on teaching effect,actual combat level and badminton interest.The selected indexes are tested before and after the experiment,and through the analysis of the differences of students' skill level,actual combat level and learning interest,the following results are obtained:(1)The practice method of “ball feeling class” can effectively improve the forehand high ball,forehand serve high ball,forehand and backhand pick ball and forehand rubbing skills of the students in the experimental group,and there is a significant difference compared with the control group.It can be concluded that the practice method of “ball feeling class practice” can better improve students' badminton skills in the same time.(2)The practice method of “ball feeling class practice” can effectively improve the badminton practice level of the students in the experimental group,and there is a significant difference compared with the control group.It can be concluded that the practice method of “ball feeling class practice” can improve students' badminton practice level more effectively in the same time.(3)The practice method of “ball sense class practice” can effectively improve the students' interest in badminton in the experimental group,and there is a significant difference compared with the control group.It can be concluded that the practice method of “ball sense class practice” can better improve students' interest in badminton learning in the same time.Based on the above results,it is concluded that the practice method of “ball sense class” is effective in badminton teaching in middle school.It can improve students' skills of forehand high ball,forehand serve high ball,forehand and backhand pick ball,forehand and backhand rubbing ball,improve students' badminton practice level and badminton interest,not only improve badminton teaching efficiency,but also promote the theoretical basis of badminton “ball sense class training” practice method.It enriches the practical significance of the practice method of “ball feeling class” in badminton.
