Through the distribution of questionnaires and on-the-spot interviews with students and teachers,we learned that the main teaching contents of the badminton specialized course in national professional sports colleges and universities include the full-court steps of badminton,as well as the techniques of front, middle and back fields, badminton singles and doubles tactics, the practice of improving physical quality, the lack of multi-ball practice methods in badminton teaching, because the number of practice times is less, directly leading to the decline in the quality of students' learning,at the same time, students feel that the teacher's own teaching level is not high, the school leaders think that the quality of school teaching decline.Under this kind of universal realistic problem, how to enhance the teacher's teaching quality and the student's study efficiency, has become the question which the school leadership and the school teacher and the student generally ponders. In this paper,by using the methods of literature, questionnaire, observation, mathematical statistics, interview and experiment, the students of the badminton major class of Wuhan Institute of Physical Education 2018 were selected as the experimental objects,in order to improve the quality of teachers and the efficiency of students in badminton teaching, the multi-ball training method of badminton techniques and tactics is the main line of this paper.Through detailed and concrete experiments, this paper analyzes and discusses the students' achievement before and after the test of the comprehensive score of the students' badminton skills, their physical quality and the success rate of hitting the ball. The results showed that:(1)the 16-week traditional exercise training improved the total score of comprehensive test and the number of students above 60 in the control group, but there was no obvious improvement.(2)the 16-week multi-ball training has a great effect on the total score of comprehensive test and the number of students who score above 60 in the experimental group. It shows that in the long run,multi-ball training is more conducive to the improvement of students' performance, but also more conducive to the formation and development of badminton skills.(3)the 16-weektraditional exercise training improved the physical quality of the control group, but the improvement of the results was not obvious.(4)after 16 weeks of multi-ball training, the badminton skill and physical ability of the trainers were improved, and the improvement of the badminton skill was more obvious than that of the physical ability. These two aspects of improvement,so that the students of badminton skills more coordinated and coherent,on the court more able to use freely.(5)the effect of the 16-week training on the improvement of students' technical movements is not obvious, which can be seen from the test subjects' batting success rate, but there is a certain improvement on the whole.(6)the 16-week multi-ball training has an obvious effect on the improvement of the students' batting success rate.(7)the multi-ball training and the traditional training both have certain enhancement to the Tester in the badminton skill movement level and the physical quality ability, but the effect of multi-ball training is obviously better than the traditional training in these two aspects. To sum up,the multi-ball training is superior to the traditional training for the improvement of students' technical movements and physical qualities in badminton. Therefore,in the badminton specialized course of National Professional Sports Colleges,it is absolutely necessary to return to the classroom with multi-ball practice.
