With China’s badminton sports ability, has been considered to be the worldbadminton powerhouse, has a great role in promoting the Chinese amateur badmintonmovement development. College sports as a standard part of social sports and schoolsports, play a connecting role. Badminton is a net confrontational sports project, itsfeatures are: the adversaries in each area using the racket badminton from the net toeach other before hitting the effective area, both parties should respond effectively tothe ball, and try to make an opponent error. The game of its structure is composed of ahigh intensity intermittent motion of short time and short time and alternating motion,is in the judgment, move quickly, suddenly changes, mutual technology series,complex antagonism. Around the badminton movement these characteristics andstructure, in the training and teaching practice, I mainly adopt irregular fixed-pointmulti-ball training to improve students improve the badminton technology level,physical quality, special quality etc.. Fixed no rule of badminton multiball training inimproving the students’ physical quality, special quality, badminton technical level atthe same time, time and interval time, the combination of sports training of different,have different purpose of training. So I take the Heihe University sports professionalstudents as the research object, the experimental class and the control classexperiment, study verifies the effectiveness and practicability of the fixed-pointirregular multi-ball practice law.This article utilizes the literature material law, expert interview method,experimental method, mathematical analysis method, logical analysis, physiologicalcharacteristics, the major class of male students physical characteristics, badmintontechnology level and the regulation of motor skill formation, combined with thecharacteristics of the badminton teaching, has developed a set of more in line with theneeds of the development of students in the teaching of this period content.After two months of badminton teaching, research results show that, on the onehand, fixed-point irregular multi-ball practice has good effect on enhancing thestudents’ badminton technology, not only improve the students’ physical quality, butalso in badminton special quality has also been improved. On the other hand,fixed-point irregular multi-ball practice can increase the students’ minds in thebadminton court badminton flexibility, not just by manual or a technology can beat the other net confrontational sports, it also needs, a flexible mind and clear thinkingon the court. Finally, the fixed-point irregular multi-ball practice can enhance thecontrol ability of the students of badminton and culture initiative, students’ creativity,increase the motivation of learning badminton.
