STSE education consists of four major sections: Science,Technology,Society and Environment,emphasizing the interconnection and influence between science,technology,society and the environment The social production and living environment and its role in social development are suitable for solving a series of problems such as energy,resources,environment,and health brought about by the rapid development of science and technology in today's society.One of the basic training tasks of biology in middle school is to cultivate students' core competencies in biology.The STSE educational philosophy is highly consistent with the core of biological core literacy.Therefore,whether from the perspective of society or from the perspective of biology teaching,it is necessary to infiltrate and strengthen the STSE educational concept in the teaching of biology in middle school.With the promulgation of a series of educational and teaching documents by the Ministry of Education and the State Council,the country has paid more and more attention to the all-round development of students.It is no longer enough to rely on a single national curriculum resource to meet the needs of all-round development of students.In June 2001,the "Outline of Basic Education Curriculum Reform(Trial)" promulgated by the Ministry of Education advocated that secondary education teaching should not be limited to the national curriculum,and should encourage educators and front-line teachers to actively develop and utilize various courses inside and outside the school.resources to meet the diverse developmental needs of students.At the same time,in the newly released "General High School Biology Curriculum Standards(2020 Revised Edition)",it is also proposed that biology-related curriculum resources should be actively developed and utilized.To develop and utilize curriculum resources locally,schools and teachers should pay attention to the development and utilization of local life and social resources.Under the guidance of STSE education concept,this study takes Anqing area as an example,develops and utilizes local curriculum resources,studies the purpose,value,feasibility,principles and strategies of the study,and conducts practice and effect on the designed cases Evaluate.The final research results are as follows:1.The development of local curriculum resources for biology,firstly,according to the classification methods of various curriculum resources,comprehensively collect the local curriculum resources applicable to middle school biology,and then combine the curriculum objectives and STSE educational connotation to screen out the curriculum resources suitable for middle school biology.The resources of STSE teaching are added to biology,and according to the most important attributes of resources,they are divided into four categories:history of biology and nature of science,biology and technology,biology and social life,and biology and environment.2.Utilization of local curriculum resources in biology,first of all,according to the characteristics of the developed local curriculum resources,which are more inclined to use active courses in the process of use,and referring to the utilization strategy of general curriculum resources,formulate the ones that are suitable for the STSE concept.The utilization strategy of local curriculum resources of biology in middle school,and then choose the best teaching method according to the different places where the resources are applicable to teaching activities,and finally achieve the purpose of promoting students' core literacy of biology.According to the results of the study,this study takes Anqing City as an example,and according to the development and utilization strategies of local curriculum resources under the STSE concept,the curriculum resources suitable for STSE education in middle school biology in Anqing area are excavated and analyzed.Provide reference cases and effect detection methods.
