As the iteration speed of electronic products becomes faster and faster,how to quickly design and manufacture electronic products has attracted more and more attention.Among them,PCBA is an indispensable part of all kinds of electronic products,and all design intentions and design contents are ultimately realized through the physical carrier PCB board and its components.At present,it is still necessary to assemble a large number of components by hand to produce PCBA with multi variety,small batch and high quality.Therefore,the rapid design and manufacturing of PCBA has become a research focus in recent years.In the process of designing and manufacturing electronic products,the work related to PCBA includes circuit design,physical design,simulation analysis,technological design and manufacturing.Due to the different software platforms used in each link,the designers need to spend a lot of time to input data repeatedly when the product is transferred between each link.Moreover,due to the heavy workload of PCBA 3D model construction,it is difficult to carry out rapid simulation and 3D electrical assembly technological design.Therefore,this paper studies the rapid construction of PCBA three-dimensional model based on unified data definition.The main contents include:(1)This paper proposes the design idea of building a unified database for data centralization management.Through the construction of a unified database,the electrical attributes,structural attributes,simulation attributes,general processes or steps and 3D models of components are placed in the unified database for centralized management,and then on the basis of the unified database,respectively,establish the PCBA 3D model rapid construction tool,PCBA rapid simulation tool and 3D electrical assembly technological design and release tool to enable sharing of component information between different software platforms.(2)The construction and management of integration library are studied and realized.Firstly,the data objects that need to be managed by the integrated library are defined.Secondly,the sharing mode and database are designed for these data objects.Thirdly,the functions of component model encoding,file management of integration library and role permission management are designed.Fourthly,the algorithm of batch thumbnail image interception is mainly studied.Lastly,integrated 3D component library management tool is developed.(3)The key technologies of rapid modeling of components are studied.Firstly,an instance of body and pin model is parameterized by the geometric data of components in VPL database,and then the calculation algorithm of pin positioning coordinates is studied.Finally,the body and pin models are assembled and output the 3D model of component.(4)The rapid construction of PCBA 3D model is studied and realized.Firstly,the assembly information of PCBA was firstly parsed.Secondly,the generation algorithm of PCB board is studied,especially the sketch curve drawing algorithm.Thirdly,a method based on center alignment is proposed and the coordinate transformation theory is used to calculate the assembly positioning coordinates of components.Fourthly,automatic assembly of PCBA 3D model was carried out.Lastly,PCBA 3D model rapid construction tool is developed.After a lot of testing and trial,integrated 3D component library management tool and PCBA 3D model rapid construction tool have been able to meet the needs of users and achieve the expected goal.
