The Research On Medical Reports Of China Youth Daily In The Perspective Of Frame Theory

The medical field is an important livelihood issue that China is concerned about.With the continuous improvement of the medical system,China has successively introduced corresponding policies to protect the people’s rights to see a doctor.In 2009,the State Council passed a series of policies,and the new medical reform plan was officially introduced.The new medical reform has effectively reduced the burden on patients and established a comprehensive basic medical insurance system.However,in the past ten years,doctor-patient disputes have occurred from time to time,and even with vicious incidents such as violent wounds and doctors,we have to think about the image of doctors in people’s minds.As the carrier of mass communication,the media has the role of public opinion guidance.Therefore,the comprehensive and true presentation of the doctor’s image by the media is of great significance for improving the relationship between doctors and patients,promoting medical reform,and building a harmonious society.This article adopts the method of sample survey and selects all the reports of "doctors" from "China Youth Daily" from January 1,2009 to December 31,2018,combined with the framework theory,from high,middle and low levels.This article also construct the report and analyze the characteristics of the report of the doctor of China Youth Daily from multiple angles such as the subject of the report,the source of the news,and the position of the report,including the theme highlights advanced,the structure focuses on differentiation and the expression is true and objective.The study found that "China Youth Daily" mainly presents the image of three doctors as "misunderstood weak people","victims under violence" and "healing doctors".At the same time,the number of positive reports of doctors has increased over time.Doctor-patient disputes have decreased,the structure has become more complete,the patient ’s source of information has decreased,and rhetorical techniques have become more abundant.According to the analysis of this article,the doctor reports of the China Youth Daily have problems with single sources,focus on narrative conflicts and lack of personality,etc.Through in-depth analysis of the reasons,the article finally insists on news professionalism,improving humane care,improving professional literacy and other aspects to propose solutions to provide a reference for the media to better report to doctors.
