research.Chapter 3 is the theoretical analysis part.This chapter analyzes the three supporting theories studied in this paper: principal-agent theory,internal control theory and information management theory,studing in detail the synergy mechanism between informationization and enterprise budget management,and constructing the application framework theory of information budget management system effectively.Chapter 4 is the case analysis part.This chapter makes a detailed description and analysis of the budget management system of the selected LA Group,and points out its current problems.Chapter 5 is the optimization suggestion.This chapter proposes one-to-one optimization suggestions for the current problems faced by the LA Group budget management system in Chapter 4.Chapter 6 is the research conclusion and future prospects.This chapter summarizes the research content of this article and the important conclusions made,and then prospects the research prospect of the
