Research On Information Service To Rural Information Demand Under The Strategy Of Rural Revitalization

The development of the national economy and society needs a lot of information to support it.In the era of comprehensive informatization,with the massive growth of information resources,developed countries and developing countries have shown significant differences,and the urban-rural information gap is also increasing.The application of informatization and digitization in rural social and economic development,and the increasing information needs of rural residents,the construction of digital villages has become an inevitable development trend.Since ancient times,China has been a big agricultural country,and the rural population is much larger than the urban population.Therefore,it is worth paying attention to how to improve rural information services and lay an important foundation for the realization of the information construction of the new socialist countryside.As a frontier region in China,Yunnan Province still has a large gap in the level of informatization compared to developed provinces.Therefore,the difference between urban and rural informatization is particularly significant.There are many ethnic minorities in Yunnan Province,and different villages have different development methods.As a gathering place for ethnic minorities with better economic development,Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture has four development village pilot demonstration villages with different development models and different levels of economic development.The situation of rural information services at different development levels under the rural revitalization strategy can be representatively compared.This article takes the four village pilot pilot demonstration villages in Dali Bai Autonomous Prefecture as an example to carry out field investigations and analyze the related issues of residents and information services in the four pilot demonstration villages by understanding the information needs and information service status of local residents.In the form of interviews,we investigated the information needs of rural residents,analyzed the types of information needs of rural residents and information access channels,and found that the information needs of rural residents were affected by factors such as too small a circle of life,low education,and few channels of information access.Afterinvestigating the information service organizations in the four pilot demonstration villages,they learned about the problems in the local information service and proposed corresponding improvements.Finally,it discusses how to construct an information service model that meets the information needs of rural revitalization under the policy environment of rural revitalization.
