| In the 21 st century,the development of this information Internet technology has been continuously improved and gradually applied to all walks of life.As a result,the concept of "Internet +" has emerged.Internet technology has become an important production factor.Its innovation and application have created for the development of various fields.More possibilities.It not only breaks down the singular trade mode in traditional trade,but also significantly reduces transaction costs,improves trade efficiency,and forms new momentum for economic development.The use of Internet technology in the field of international trade and the implementation of the "Belt and Road" initiative have provided new opportunities for countries to develop foreign economies and optimize China’s trade structure,and have provided innovative ways to promote sustainable economic development.In this context,this article studies the impact of the development of Internet technology on agricultural trade between China and countries along the route,which has practical significance.First,by combing domestic and foreign literature,the author finds that scholars have different views on whether Internet technology can promote the import and export trade of a country.Therefore,this article mainly examines whether Internet technology can promote the import and export trade of agricultural products.At the same time,combing past scholars’ quantification of Internet technology to provide a theoretical basis for the development of quantified Internet technology in this article;and conduct in-depth research on the development potential of agricultural products in countries along the“Belt and Road” and the impact of the Internet on different sectors.Second,analyze the basic status of agricultural product import and export in China and “the Belt and Road” Initiative,the basic situation of the development of Internet technology,and the degree of influence of Internet technology on different sectors,and then determine whether Internet technology has a positive or negative effect on agricultural product export trade.Thirdly,based on the macro and micro perspectives,the in-depth study of the theoretical mechanism of the impact of Internet technology on agricultural trade.At the macro level,the economies of scale,comparative advantage,and factor endowment theory have become the theoretical basis of the gravity model.At the micro level,itincludes cost effects,market expansion,trade creation,and spillover effects.Finally,this article uses 2006-2017 trade data,adds Internet technology variables,and studies from the heterogeneity analysis of the overall and sub-samples and Internet technology penetration characteristics,and proposes corresponding countermeasures and recommendations based on empirical conclusions,such as scientifically formulating development policies.Create “Internet + Agriculture”,strengthen agricultural product cooperation with countries along the “Belt and Road” to promote trade cooperation,etc. |
