Research On Key Issues In The Construction Of Industrial Heritage Archives Resource System

Archival resources are the important content and cornerstone of archival work,and the construction of archival resource system is the foundation for the survival and sustainable development of my country’s archives industry.With the development of urban industrial transformation and the adjustment of industrial structure,a large number of precious industrial heritage archives have been lost,and there is an urgent need for resource construction.There are two key issues in the construction of the current industrial heritage archive resource system:First,the policy makers,actual managers,and archives authorities of industrial heritage archives have the problem of inconsistent governance systems and low socialization of industrial heritage archives,which reflects the problem of the governance structure of industrial heritage archives.The second is that traditional file management uses "volume" and "piece" as the processing unit of data granularity,catalog-based data correlation depth,and keyword matching retrieval methods based on file numbers and manual description items,which can no longer meet the growing demand.Archive data governance and service requirements reflect the granularity of industrial heritage archive data.In view of the governance structure issue,optimization ideas,dual supervision mode and operation mode are proposed.According to the problem of data granularity,it carries out archive classification and metadata research,proposes the construction idea of thematic database,and analyzes the classification system for entity archives and knowledge management,and the construction of fine-grained metadata specifications for cross-domain,cross-professional,full-process,and fine-grained data.
