Research On Quality Management Of DICT Project

DICT project refers to the integration project of Big Data,Internet Technology and communication.which is the integration of informatization,intelligence and traditional industries.With the continuous development of information technology and the objective needs of industrial change,traditional industries such as medical,education,finance,industry,agribusiness,Internet has an increasing demand for information and intelligence.Information transformation has become an inevitable choice for capacity upgrading.This paper takes the DICT project of C company as the research object,finds out the management factors that affect the quality of project construction by analyzing and mining the quality problems existing in the existing DICT projects of C company,and formulates the quality management scheme and quality improvement measures that meet the actual needs by referring to the quality management theory and practical experience of advanced enterprises at home and abroad,combining with the objective situation of C company,and through the key DICT projects The practical application of the project to test its effectiveness,so as to gradually establish a DICT project quality management system for C company,improve the corporate image and product competitiveness.The first chapter of this paper introduces the background,significance,research status at home and abroad,research content and methods of quality management of DICT project,and expounds the overall structure of the paper.The second chapter analyzes the theoretical basis and key technologies of quality management,including the principles and characteristics of total quality management,PDCA quality cycle,quality ternary theory,six sigma and other quality management theories.In the third chapter,the author analyzes the current quality situation of DICT project in C company,including the general situation of C company,the current quality management situation of DICT project,problem analysis and cause summary.In the fourth chapter,according to the quality problems found in the third chapter,combined with the theory of quality management,the corresponding quality management improvement scheme is formulated.Based on the theory of quality management,this chapter traverses all stages of the whole life cycle management of C company’s DICT project,and formulates the solutions to improve the quality of DICT project from four aspects:responsibility division,management process,audit mechanism and quality management standards.In the fifth chapter,the quality management solutions formulated in the fourth chapter are applied to the ongoing DICT projects,and the quality management is embedded in each link of the whole life cycle of the project,so as to promote the comprehensive implementation of quality management by setting control points and adding evaluation links.The sixth chapter is to evaluate the effect of the pilot project.This paper evaluates the stability,functionality and customer satisfaction of the information system,collects the data related to the project quality,and summarizes the research results through horizontal comparison with the existing DICT projects.
