In February,2021,the State Council issued “the Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Accelerating the Establishment and Perfection of Green and Low-carbon Circular Development Economic System”,which put forward the guiding opinions of "building green logistics".Three-dimensional warehouse is an important part of logistics system,so it is of practical significance to study the method for reducing carbon emission of the warehousing-in/out system of three-dimensional warehouse.In this paper,the characteristics of carbon emission during the operation of the warehousing-in/out system have been investigated.Optimization and simulation research have been mainly carried out on the route planning of warehousing-in/out system,in order to reduce the carbon emission of warehousing-in/out system and ensure the operation efficiency of the system.The research of this paper was mainly carried out from the following aspects:This paper has expounded the background and significance of the selected topic,and discussed the research progress of three issues: path planning under low carbon constraints,warehousing-in/out system optimization and simulation of three-dimensional warehouse,which laid a theoretical foundation for the subsequent warehousing-in/out system optimization under low carbon constraints.This paper has briefly introduced the general situation of the warehousing-in/out system,and divided the warehousing-in/out operation mode into two kinds: the outbound-inbound composite operation and the outbound-inbound single operation.Two kinds of motion models considering acceleration are discussed: the first kind of motion and the second kind of motion.A carbon emission cost measurement method considering acceleration has been designed,and a mathematical model of dual-objective path planning for the warehousing-in/out system of three-dimensional warehouse has been established with the minimum carbon emission cost and the shortest warehousing operation time as the optimization objectives.The specific process of genetic algorithm has been introduced in detail,and the specific parameters of genetic algorithm that are suitable for solving the problem have been determined by orthogonal test design.Genetic algorithm has been used to solve the specific warehousing-in/out paths represented by the optimization results of the mathematical model of dual-objective path planning,the minimum carbon emission cost model and the shortest warehousing operation time model.The Flexsim software has been used to carry out visual simulation research on five optimization models: the mathematical model of dual-objective path planning,the minimum carbon emission cost model,the shortest warehousing operation time model,the sequential matching model and the single operation model.
