| The outbreak of COVID-19 once again highlights the extensive and significant impact of emergencies in various fields and industries,and the research on emergency response is imminent.For the library circle,the emergency situation caused by unexpected events has spawned many new scenes.Under the new scenes,users will encounter various new problems when using information through libraries.Facing many new challenges,it is the duty of each library to improve its information service ability under emergency situations by virtue of its unique advantages.However,at present,the research on the emergency service of university libraries in China mostly focuses on two aspects: on the one hand,thinking about the role and function of libraries,such as playing the role of "connection" through classification and establishing corresponding emergency service mechanism for the lack of emergency service;On the other hand,it summarizes the online resource guarantee and service practice measures of university libraries in emergency situations,but the systematic research on the construction of information service capacity of university libraries in this special period is rare.Therefore,the construction of information service capacity of university libraries in emergency situations is the theme of this paper.The first part of this paper expounds the background and significance of this research topic;The research status of information service and scene service in emergency situation at home and abroad is combed.The research ideas,methods and main innovations are introduced.The second part defines the related concepts in the study and introduces the emergency management theory and scenario theory,which lays the necessary theoretical foundation for the following.In the third part,the information needs of university library users under emergency situation are analyzed by taking a certain representative user group-student group as an example.The specific implementation process is to recruit 15 students from Shanxi University as research objects during the outbreak of COVID-19 epidemic,and to conduct qualitative research by means of log records and in-depth interviews.From the information behavior of students using university library at home and the suggestions put forward by students that the library can better meet the needs of students,the user needs are carefully and deeply examined and analyzed.On the basis of the third part,the fourth part constructs the information service ability of university library under emergency situation based on the emergency management theory and scene theory,including the construction measures of university library for scene information service ability and emergency information resources guarantee.The fifth part summarizes the research and points out the limitations,and looks forward to the further development of this research in the future. |
