| With the development of science and technology,digital signal processing has been widely used,and high-speed data acquisition is of great significance in the fields of communication,networking,and production control.This paper designs and develops a set of high-speed data acquisition system,combined with 5G wireless routing,to achieve high-speed wireless transmission storage.The main contents of this paper are as follows:1.The overall system scheme is proposed based on the system indicators.The main chips are selected according to the functional parameters of each module.The working principle and working mode of AD sampling are studied.The system scheme selects the storage and transmission method of sampling data in the system.A 5G WiFi wireless data transmission scheme is proposed.2.Based on detailed research on each module,the circuit schematic design of the data acquisition system is completed,the signal integrity simulation analysis is performed on the high-speed signals,the layout of the PCB board is completed,processing and manufacturing the system object and completing the hardware debugging.3.Based on the Verilog language,a software program adapted to this system is designed.Using FPGA as the core chip,the phase-locked loop is configured to generate AD sampling frequency,and the 4 channels of data collected by AD are integrated and spliced so that the DDR3 module can achieve the data sending and receiving,the data is transmitted to the Ethernet port in the form of RGMII protocol.4.Debug the wireless transmission module,analyze the data stream format during wireless transmission,establish a remote connection through the Moba Xterm software on the PC side,log in to the Open Wrt platform,and implement the operation of the wireless acquisition module,the data packets transmitted from the FPGA to the LAN port are wirelessly transmitted to the PC through 5G WiFi when the wireless transmission module is working,and the data is saved on the PC.Tested wireless transmission rates under different transmission distances and different transmission standards,and selected a wireless transmission mode suitable for this system. |
