| At present,the automobile has become a mass consumer goods into the family,bringing the steady growth of the automobile market,but also promote the rapid development of the auto parts industry.Domestic auto parts enterprises are faced with unprecedented opportunities,but also facing the foreign large parts group competition and technical barriers,the market competition is more and more intense.Guangdong JW Company is a private joint-stock enterprise,established in 1996,started with the production of precision die-casting,stamping,precision plastic parts,gradually developed into the production of encoders,potentiometers,RF connectors,high-definition video wiring harnesses electronic parts manufacturing enterprises.The company has 12 years of experience in OEM parts and finished products for international brands(Amphenol,Foxconn).With the progress and development of electronic technology,the arrival of the era of on-board large screen,the traditional car air conditioning and navigation buttons,knobs have been replaced by touch buttons,white goods industry also has this trend of replacement.With the termination of OEM contract enterprises must from OEM to OBM transformation,the enterprise must re-plan the development strategy,constantly develop new products,new technology,through the standard management to constantly enhance the soft and hard strength of the enterprise,to seek the long-term development of the company.In this paper,I study the basis of ability,from JW company product platform,the customer base,the enterprise internal and external environment,SWOT analysis,PEST analysis,porter five analysis model,enterprise internal and external factors analysis matrix IFE,EFE,such as strategic management theory and model,the overall strategy of the enterprise,the enterprise mission,business model,etc.The corresponding research.The enterprise "one-stop vertical integration manufacturing solutions" and "import substitution" overall development strategy.Formulated the "six" strategy implementation measures system(that is,Company strategy,Organization,HR strategy,Positioning,Procedures,Objectives).The mission of the company is "to be an excellent partner in the electronics manufacturing industry".In the process of this study,the product platform reconstruction of the company was detailed,the organizational structure was restructured and the management structure of E38 Group was defined.RASIC management tool was used to comprehensively arrange the enterprise process and work responsibilities,and the benchmarking audit management tool was used to continuously improve the internal management level and gradually reach the benchmark management level to improve customer satisfaction.Review business performance and KPI performance indicators through N+ Y monthly sales management meeting. |
