| Skyworth TV has a large negative growth in domestic sales and a rapid growth in overseas sales,but there is a big gap with its main competitors.Skyworth TV ’s development strategy formulated many years ago is no longer in line with the current environment.It is urgent to formulate a new development strategy to reverse the current situation.This paper uses literature research,investigation and interview,systematic analysis and uses strategic management theory.Firstly,the PEST analyzes the political,social,economic and technical external environment of Skyworth TV by P E S T,analyzes the resources and capabilities of the company,analyzes the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities,threats and matching strategy,and proposes the strategy.Through the analysis of Skyworth TV company,combined with the overall development strategy of Skyworth group and the current situation of Skyworth TV,the author thinks that Skyworth should make full use of the national policy of smart TV industry,strengthen the integration of television industry,implement the vertical integration strategy,improve the TV industry chain,reduce the manufacturing cost,condensed enterprise core competitiveness and enhance its competitive advantage.At the same time,implement the overseas development strategy,and establish the brand awareness and market position of Skyworth TV in the global market.The vertical integration of Skyworth TV and the correct implementation of the overseas development strategy are of great significance to the realization of the overall development strategy of Skyworth headquarters. |
