Research On The Supervision Of Webcast Platform From The Perspective Of Multi-center Collaborative Governance

With the help of online live broadcast software and mobile apps,webcast has became a new media in the world.Its manifestation is to use the resources provided by the public network and the technical services provided by the webcast platform,to simultaneously broadcasts situation of real lifes.With the continuous upgrading of smart phone and wireless network,webcast platform has ushered in rapid development.However,behind the prosperity of webcast industry,we often see the messages in media reports that the content of the webcast platform violates laws and regulations,the competition means are dishonorable,and the contract credit is not good,which constantly impact the harmony and stability of the society.Therefore,if webcast platform wants to develop in a healthy and orderly manner,effective measures must be taken to overcome the problems in platform supervision.This article analyzes the role of the government,webcast industry and public in the supervision of webcast platform from the perspective of multi-center collaborative governance through the study of the current status of webcast platform,and points out that nowadays our country's webcast platform supervision and governance are overly dependent on government control,lack the webcast industry self-discipline,lack the participation of social forces,these problems have led to the lack of synergy among the responsible main bodys of supervision,and failure to exert the effectiveness of multiagent governance,resulting in an insignificant governance results and an unsustainable effect on the webcast platform governance.This article believes that multi-center collaborative governance is an effective way and inevitable choice for the supervision of webcast platform in the future.It advocates that under the perspective of multi-center collaboration,governance must stresses the leading role of the government,plays the key role of the webcast industry,and advocates the promotion role of the public,form the main bodys together to create a clean and lively webcast environment.Accordingly,this article analyzes the regulatory bodies of our country's webcast platform from the perspective of multi-center collaboration,and proposes the basic framework of multi-center collaborative governance of webcast platform,which means a good governance method for governance the webcast platform,by taking government,webcast platform industry,general public and other main bodys as the governance centers,giving play to their own advantages and roles,cooperating with each other e in a co-governance way.Then further make reasonable suggestions for the governance of webcast platform.
