| In recent years,China’s economy has developed rapidly,but compared with the developed countries,the overall level still has a big gap.In order to realize the transformation of China’s economy from high-speed development to high-quality development,it is of great significance to improve the scientific and technological development level and innovation ability of researchers for China’s economic development to achieve high-quality development.Scientific research personnel is one of China’s economic development is the most important and most valuable strategic resource,as the main body of technological innovation,is the inner motive power of our high quality development in the future and the fundamental guarantee,reasonable compensation management system can fully arouse the enthusiasm of scientific research personnel work,and stable and scientific researchers work team,steadily enhance the level of science and technology innovation and economic development in our country to sustainable and healthy development,and establish a scientific and effective compensation management system protect the interests of researchers and guide the key scientific research personnel dedicated to scientific research.On the one hand,the research on the salary system management of scientific research personnel provides more theoretical basis for ensuring the continuous improvement of scientific and technological innovation ability,and on the other hand,it is the objective requirement for realizing the high-quality development of socialist economy.This article is based on the theories and methods of compensation management,literature reading,case analysis and interview,questionnaire,interview,comparison and analysis and other research methods,based on the theory of related research at home and abroad,through the analysis of the HS research institutions pay management status and the HS r&d institution of compensation strategy,compensation of the salary management,compensation,compensation adjustment study was conducted in four aspects of the problem,points out the HS compensation management problems existing in the research and development institutions.In order to optimize the salary management system of HS R&D institution,this paper first analyzes the salary management optimization ideas of HS R&D institution,then puts forward specific optimization measures from four aspects: adjusting salary strategy,adjusting salary composition,increasing salary incentive measures and improving salary adjustment mechanism,and designs the salary optimization transition management scheme.Research of this paper is to actively explore a suitable HS research institutions of scientific research personnel salary,management mode,through to the salary management system design again,apply the compensation management theory to the practical work,compensation management,standardize the HS research institutes to improve the company’s current compensation management problems and present situation of company organization performance management,staff and the company grow together,common development,in order to HS research institutions to realize "long,do strong,do best,do big" of the strategic goal to provide some Suggestions,as to optimize the compensation management system of the same industry other enterprise some reference. |
