With the rapid development in the information age,kinds of internet products have infiltrated every aspects of life.For those products which keep people company everyday,we are beginning to expect that those products are not only cold tools,but also our assistant or even friends.We hope for a more funny,more colorful and warmer experience with internet products.Feedback mechanism is the way that products use to transport information when a person interact with a internet product,and it shoulders the responsibility to respond to users and to guide them,making it the most intuitive element which influence the user experience.The well-designed feedback mechanism can be easily understood and guide users spontaneously,also it can help users complete an operation fluently and naturally.After that,users obtain a piece of interesting and immersive experience,and learn more about the character and spirit of the product.Game is a special kind of Internet product,which has an original intention to bring users happy and immersive experience through designing.Game is a product type from the very beginning,and after years of accumulation and development,it has be formed into a field,with has rich gamification theories and psychological models.It provides effective methods and theoretical support for other connected products to improve user experience and stimulate user emotions.In order to design a systematic and reasonable gamification feedback mechanism,there will be two ways of classification,one is from the common classified way,the other is from the three levels of emotional design theory.In the former way,the writer analyze amounts of feedback cases in games,and summarize design methods and gamification methods of positive and negative feedback,process-level and result-level feedback,and feedback through different sensory perceptions.Through this way,the gamification methods for designing a feedback applies to easy occasion of designing feedback mechanism.In the latter way,through amounts of analyzing and summing up the feedback cases in internet products,the writer come up with a three-level-feedback model.This model summarize design considerations,specialties and user demands of three different levels of feedback mechanism,which include the instinct level,the behaviour level and the introspection level.By combining the three-level-feedback model and the gamification DMC system,we reach to a conclusion of how to use the game elements in the feedback mechanism.By combining the interactive design process and the gamification design process,we reach to a conclusion of gamification feedback mechanism design process.Through analyzing and summarizing a number of internet product feedback mechanisms,the writer obtains gamification feedback design strategies for three different levels of the feedback mechanism.Through this way,the gamification methods for designing a feedback applies to complicated occasion of designing feedback mechanism.In the end,the writer use the three-level-feedback model and gamification design strategies to optimal the feedback mechanism from the core interact function of a internet product and does an user test,proving that the gamification feedback mechanism design methods have certain feasibility and application value.
