With the progress and development of industrial artificial intelligence technology and modern robot technology,robots play an increasingly important role in all walks of life.Robots are not only widely used in the industrial field,but also increasingly mature in other industries.In addition,the efficiency and security of robot and other devices make its application scenarios more extensive.In these gradually mature applications,the elevator control robot software control system which combines robot and elevator control system makes full use of embedded development technology,and can formulate efficient and safe operation scheme according to the specific elevator environment of users.Through the embedded program,the robot can call the elevator independently and take the elevator to complete the elevator riding process of human beings to achieve the mission goal.In this thesis,combined with the actual needs of a company,a set of intelligent robot elevator control system is designed and implemented.The system is used for the interaction between the robot and the elevator,so that the robot can cooperate with the elevator independently to complete the task activity from one floor to another.So that the robot can play the role of replacing artificial,provide corresponding transportation or distribution services,users can remotely control robot activities to meet the needs of various tasks.The intelligent robot elevator control system includes client software,embedded hardware and software and online server.This thesis mainly introduces the client software and embedded software.The client software is divided into local configuration module,elevator floor configuration module and image upgrade module.The local configuration module is used to configure various parameters on the LORA module of the local communication device,or to configure the parameters needed to connect to the cloud platform through the network.The elevator floor configuration module is used to match the relay number and height distance of each floor and save it to the embedded terminal.The image upgrade module provides the function of remote upgrade of embedded system image.The embedded software and hardware part consists of three modules,which are car board module,elevator roof module and robot communication board module.The car board is installed inside the elevator car,which is responsible for the interaction logic between the robot and the elevator in the system,and controls the elevator operation.The elevator roof module is installed on the top of the elevator well.As a data forwarding center,it is connected with cloud platform module externally and car board module inside.It is responsible for message forwarding among other modules.In addition,it is used as a calibration base station to provide ranging function.The robot communication board module is installed on the robot,that is,as the role of the robot,it interacts with other modules.It is inserted into the robot or PC through USB port,and the message can be transmitted through USB to serial port.This thesis also designed the communication protocol and interaction process between the modules.Each module interacted strictly according to the communication protocol,and realized the function of the robot taking the elevator independently.The advantages of the system in this thesis lie in its high efficiency,reliability,low cost and so on.It makes full use of the resources on board of STM32F103 x series processor and its expanding functions,which can fully meet the requirements of elevator control equipment in different environments.Based on the existing research work,this thesis analyzes and summarizes the key and difficult points,error points in the research and design process.This thesis introduces the working principle and design idea of the software control system of the elevator control robot in detail,and analyzes its advantages and disadvantages as well as prospects for the future.In this thesis,the function and performance of the intelligent robot elevator control system are tested and analyzed,and several test cases are designed to verify the above functions of the system one by one.The test results show that all functional modules of the system are running normally,and the performance can reach the general expectation.The robot elevator control system has been applied in actual industrial or commercial scenarios.
