With the rapid development of science and technology,the era of big data and informatization has arrived.Various fields have put forward higher requirements for the intelligence and expansibility of modern communication networks.Especially in aerospace,unmanned driving and industrial real-time control,these fields require a comprehensive communication network that is highly reliable,strong in real-time,and can complete a large number of business exchanges.Time-triggered Ethernet adds clock synchronization technology to traditional Ethernet,so that key network data can be transmitted through a time-triggered method to ensure real-time and definite transmission of key services.Combined with the scientific research project "Key Technology Research and System Development of Synchronous Deterministic Networks",this paper focuses on how to use IEEE 1588 clock synchronization technology in TTE networks.First of all,this paper briefly introduces the research background and basic concepts of IEEE1588 protocol and Time-triggered Ethernet;Secondly,after analyzing the system synchronization requirements of Time-triggered Ethernet and comparing the mainstream clock synchronization protocols in the network,this paper concludes that the clock synchronization unit using IEEE 1588 protocol is the core technology of Time-triggered Ethernet;Third,this paper designed and implemented the overall architecture of TTE switching nodes and terminal nodes using IEEE 1588 synchronization,and focused on the design details of key sub-modules such as input shunting,clock calibration,clock state selection,and output arbitration;Fourth,this paper perform simulation verification on the time-triggered Ethernet clock synchronization function module to ensure the correctness of the design;Finally,this paper builds a board-level test platform based on actual application scenarios.The test results show that the clock synchronization unit designed in this paper can make the Time-triggered Ethernet obtain high-precision clock synchronization.This paper includes the following innovations.First,a clock synchronization unit based on the IEEE 1588 protocol is designed in the TTE network,so that each TTE node can accurately obtain the current Coordinated Universal Time.Second,for TTE switching nodes,a clock model that integrates TC and OC is implemented,which solves the cumulative error problem caused by the cascading of switching nodes in a complex network environment.Third,for the dual redundancy architecture of the TTE network,the best master clock algorithm written in the IEEE 1588 protocol is implemented,which improves the reliability and fault tolerance of the synchronization unit.
