| Due to the single exhibition format, limited display information, and poor visitor experience, traditional museums have begun to gradually transform to digital and intelligent.Digitization and intelligence are embodied in the enrichment of information display content through electronic navigation systems such as online museums and museum navigation apps to improve the efficiency of visits.Among them,AR technology makes up for the limitations of existing museum navigation methods due to its immersion, interest and interactivity combined with reality and virtuality, greatly enriching the content of information display, and providing a new way for the museum’s intelligent navigation opportunity.More and more large museums are beginning to explore the combination of mobile AR technology with museum navigation apps, and museum AR navigation apps using smart phones as display terminals have become an important trend. At present, the existing museum navigation apps are still in a “nobody knows” situation, and users seldom use and download them. The museum AR navigation apps just blindly abuse the AR mode, and there is a problem that the form is greater than the content, which is manifested as function Single, rough design quality, users have cognitive pressure in the process of using the museum AR navigation application. The reason is that the design of the interactive interface of the museum AR navigation application is rarely carried out from the user’s point of view, and the lack of attention to user cognitive characteristics and user satisfaction during use has led to low user acceptance, poor user experience, and low interaction efficiency. Therefore,it provides visitors with services and interactive interfaces based on user needs, and conducts cognitive research on the museum’s AR navigation interactive interface from the perspective of user cognitive characteristics,so as to solve the cognitive difficulties encountered by users in the museum viewing process and reduce cognition load, provide design principles and strategies for museum AR navigation applications, which are of great significance to promote the era of AR intelligence and the development of the museum industry. This paper takes the AR navigation application of the museum on the mobile phone as the research object, uses the cognitive load theory to guide the design of the interactive interface, and studies the design principles and strategies of the interactive interface of the museum AR navigation application.First, the desktop research is conducted from three parts: cognitive load theory, museum AR navigation system, and AR interactive interface.Secondly,it analyzes the existing products of museum AR navigation and determines the research direction of the interactive interface of museum AR navigation application. Then conduct user cognitive research through observation method, interview method, questionnaire survey, etc.,establish user model, and summarize user cognitive needs and cognitive problems.Subsequently,a scale of cognitive influencing factors was compiled based on cognitive needs and cognitive problems, and the importance of the factors was evaluated, thereby constructing a hierarchical structure model of cognitive influencing factors, providing theoretical basis for design principles and strategies, providing AR guide for museum, and providing reference for application design evaluation. Finally, according to the design principles and strategies, the Nanjing Museum is selected to carry out the design practice of AR navigation application, and the usability evaluation of the design scheme is carried out to verify the feasibility of the design principles and strategies. |
