As covid-19 continues to impact,lots of applications and demands for remote office and mobile learning have led to rapid growth of laptop products worldwide.At the same time,the individual needs of customers make the design of computer motherboards more and more integrated,more and more sub-assembly parts processes,and the productivity of computer motherboard is increasingly concerned by original design manufacturers(ODMs).Taking Dell notebook manufacturers as an example,the computer motherboard productivity improvement management is studied,the root cause of the problems in productivity management is identified through the Value Flow Diagram(VSM)methodology,set up an overall framework design for productivity management improvement,that is the “three-levers integration” model(Automation,Digitalization,LEAN production).On this basis,it is proposed to evaluate the effectiveness of the final productivity improvement through the design of the productivity(UPPH: Unit Per People Per Hour)data model(automation rate,target UPPH,actual UPPH),and develop feasible KPIs for motherboard productivity improvement assessment,also provide a good practice for the productivity improvement of computer motherboards in the same industry.
