With the improvement of income and living standards,parent-child tourism has gradually become the standard for most families.The development of the industry has also attracted the attention of the academic circles,but at present,the research on parent-child tourism mainly focuses on the development of the market and products,and the research on the interactive behavior of tourists in the process of tourism is insufficient.In the process of parent-child tourism,there are a variety of interactions between parents and children and fellow tourists.What are the differences between these interactive behaviors and other types of tourist interaction,and how they affect the value of tourists' experience need to be further studied.Therefore,this study comprehensively uses the method of combination of qualitative and quantitative to study the impact mechanism of tourist-to-tourist interaction on experience value in parent-child tourism,enriches the relevant theoretical research,and make suggestions on how to improve the experience value of parent-child group.Firstly,based on the family system theory,interactive ritual chain theory and tourism experience value co-creation theory,combined with previous research results,this paper constructs a suitable research model for this paper.Secondly,through the interview method and network text to obtain the original data,using the grounded theory analysis method to extract the dimensions of tourist experience value in parentchild tourism.Combined with the previous research results,this paper puts forward the research hypothesis and constructs the empirical model.Finally,through the questionnaire survey method to collect data,using spss22.0 and amos23.0 for hypothesis test and variance analysis.On this basis,the paper draws conclusions and offer relevant countermeasures and suggestions on how to improve the experience value of parent-child tourism groups.The results show that:(1)the tourist experience value of parent-child tourism includes three dimensions: function,emotion and cognitive experience value.(2)Both family interaction and social interaction have positive effects on the three dimensions of tourist experience value.Among them,family interaction has the greatest impact on emotional experience value,and social interaction has more obvious impact on the cognitive dimension of experience value.The interference behavior has an inactive effect on functional and emotional experience value,and the inactive impact of interference behavior on functional experience value is more significant.(3)Family interaction and social interaction have positive effects on tool support and relationship support in social support.In terms of the degree of influence,the influence of family interaction on relationship support is greater than that tool support,while social interaction is on the contrary.(4)Tool support has a positive effect on the function and emotional dimension of experience value,while relationship support has a positive effect only on the emotional dimension.(5)Social support has a partial mediating role between family interaction and tourist experience value,and between social interaction and tourist experience value.(6)The effect of age on the functional experience value is significantly different.The older the tourists are,the lower the functional experience value is.The functional experience value of children in parent-child tourism group is the highest.According to the research conclusions,this paper puts forward some suggestions to enhance the experience value of parent-child tourists:(1)create parent-child interaction space and enrich parent-child interaction projects.(2)Add interactive scenes for tourists and build a mutual aid platform for tourists.(3)To formulate tourist behavior standards and improve the moral level of tourists.(4)Focus on creating theme IP,strengthen the emotional experience of tourists.(5)A variety of measures should be taken to reduce problems in line.
