Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Rule Consciousness From The Perspective Of Running The School According To Law

At present,the rule system represented by laws and regulations is an important legal guarantee for the normal operation of modern society,and good rule consciousness is an important basis for the healthy operation of the public rule system,and its high and low level is an important embodiment of the degree of a country’s rule of law.The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th CPC Central Committee proposed that by 2035,China will basically build a country,government and society under the rule of law.Therefore,we still need to unswervingly continue to promote the systematic project of governing the country according to law.Specifically speaking,colleges and universities need to continue to promote the sub project of governing the school according to law,cultivate students’ legal concept and strengthen their awareness of rules.At present,college students’ awareness of rules is gradually increasing,and they can basically abide by social rules,but the overall level of their awareness of rules still can not meet the objective needs of social development.Therefore,it is an inevitable requirement for the stable development of society to deeply understand and analyze the existing problems of College Students’ rule consciousness and put forward corresponding countermeasures.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part analyzes the theoretical basis of the cultivation of College Students’ rule consciousness from the perspective of running the school according to law,including the definition of the core concepts,the elaboration of the theoretical basis,the goal and content of the cultivation of College Students’ rule consciousness,and the necessity of the cultivation of College Students’ rule consciousness.The second part analyzes the results of the investigation on the cultivation of College Students’ rule consciousness from the perspective of running the university according to law.Taking the college students from five universities in Shandong Province as the investigation objects,the paper grasps the current situation of College Students’ rule consciousness through questionnaire survey,and analyzes the actual problems existing in college students’ rule consciousness.The third part analyzes the causes of the practical problems of College Students’ rule consciousness from the perspective of running the school according to law.According to the survey results,it expounds the causes of the practical problems from colleges,families,society and college students themselves.The fourth part analyzes the cultivation path of College Students’ rule consciousness from the perspective of rule of law,and puts forward the cultivation path from four aspects: optimizing the cultivation environment of rule consciousness,increasing the classroom teaching content of rule consciousness,improving the cultivation carrier of rule consciousness and improving students’ rule learning ability.
