Research On The Cultivation Of College Students’ Integrity In The New Era

Honesty is the moral foundation of socialist market economy,However,in the environment of the continuous improvement of the socialist market economy,the aggravation of the conflict between the old and the new in the period of economic transformation,and the alternating influence of ideas at home and abroad,the lack of integrity has become a widespread social problem.In the nineteen report,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the requirement of "adhering to Marx doctrine,firmly establishing the lofty ideal of communism and China’s common socialist ideal with Chinese characteristics,cultivating and practicing the socialist core values",and clarified the important role of integrity building in cultivating the common values of the whole nation,strengthening cultural confidence and promoting the prosperity of socialist culture.As a special social group,college students shoulder the historical mission of building the country,are the new force of builders in the new era,and the integrity education of college students is also the requirement of building the new era.The social nature of education determines the basic principles of education and the training objectives of the school.It is of great practical significance to study the integrity education of college students for the comprehensive development of the current education level of colleges and universities.Based on the online questionnaire of 500 college students in five colleges and universities in Shanxi Province,this paper adopts the methods of investigation,literature research and comparative analysis,aiming at the problem of lack of credibility of college students.Through the analysis of the development and source of honesty and credit,this paper demonstrates the connotation and characteristics of honesty and credit in the new era,and puts forward the importance of honesty and credit education for college students;Based on the comprehensive comparative analysis of the results of the questionnaire survey,this paper concludes the existing problems of the lack of honesty of college students,and further analyzes the comprehensive reasons.On this basis,it puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions for the construction of honesty of college students in the new era,including: strengthening the education of honesty of college students,perfecting the system of social honesty,establishing the system of honesty education of college students in the new era,strengthening the management mode of students and paying attention to it Family education,the transformation of traditional education concepts,the cultivation of students’ independent integrity awareness,the promotion of Ideological and moral literacy in the new era,the improvement of laws and regulations,the strengthening of supervision and management and other measures,and finally build a "integration" of social integrity and moral restraint environment,the establishment of integrity information data query platform,the improvement of social integrity evaluation mechanism,and the improvement of social integrity legal system ”Integrity supervision and management system.The subject combines the current situation of College Students’ honesty and credit education,based on the questionnaire of five college students in Shanxi Province,more suitable for the actual performance of college students,and adopts a multi-directional research method,demonstrates the relationship between the construction of College Students’ honesty and credit in the new era and the socialist core values,and finally forms a social law The education system of law restraint mechanism,school quality education,the role of teachers and parents as role models is more scientific and reasonable for the cultivation of College Students’ integrity.The strategies we have drawn from the study have a positive reference for improving the cultivation mechanism of college students.However,we also clearly recognize that the current social situation is complex,the situation at home and abroad is changeable,the impact of new and old social thoughts is intensified,and the task of integrity construction is arduous and complex.The whole society must attach great importance to it,and improve our integrity moral system,Lay the foundation for the realization of our socialist core values.
