Research On The Cultivation Of College Students Awareness Of Rule Of Law On The Internet In The New Era

Under the background of the new era,with the rapid development of the Internet,college students have become one of the main groups using the Internet.On the one hand,the network provides great convenience for college students' study and life.On the other hand,due to the virtual and hidden characteristics of the network,resulting in the lack of effective supervision of the network,which makes it difficult to distinguish the true and false network information,the emergence of network illegal behavior,seriously affect the ideas and behavior of college students.Based on this background,strengthening the education of the rule of law on the Internet and cultivating the consciousness of the rule of law on the Internet are the realistic needs to help the college students improve their ability to discriminate and regulate their network behavior.Through the method of literature analysis and questionnaire,this paper systematically analyzes the current situation and causes of the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in the new era,and on the basis of the current situation and causes,thinks about the countermeasures of the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet.Generally speaking,this paper mainly answers the questions of why,what and how to cultivate.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part: Introduction mainly expounds the research background,research significance,domestic and foreign research review,research methods and innovation of this paper.The second part: Theoretical overview of the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet in the new era.First,the concepts of the rule of law,the awareness of the rule of law,the awareness of the network of the rule of law,and the cultivation of college students' awareness of the network of the rule of law are expounded.The second is to distinguish the concepts related to the rule of law and the legal system,the consciousness of the rule of law and the consciousness of the law,the consciousness of the rule of law and the consciousness of the network.Thirdly,it expounds the theoretical basis of cultivating college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet;It includes marxist thought of rule of law,Chinese Communist thought of rule of law,Excellent traditional Chinese thought of rule of law,western thought of rule of law and so on,which lays a theoretical foundation for the research and cultivation of college students' consciousness of rule of law on the Internet.Fourthly,it explains the practical necessity of cultivating college students' consciousness of Internet rule of law in the new era.The third part: mainly through questionnaires and interviews to analyze the current situation of college students' awareness of the rule of law network investigation and analysis of reasons.This paper uses data to investigate the situation of college students' cognition,identification and belief in the rule of law on the Internet,and further understand the status quo of the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet through interviews.From the data,the good situation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet and its cultivation is as follows: college students are more interested in learning law,have certain knowledge of the rule of law on the Internet,have the awareness of the use of the law on the Internet,and college students have more and more ways to learn law;Colleges and universities increasingly pay attention to the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet.The problems existing in the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet are as follows: college students' lack of deep cognition of the rule of law on the Internet,lack of recognition of the rule of law on the Internet,and lack of firm belief in the rule of law on the Internet.The cultivation atmosphere of the network society is not strong,there are weak links in the cultivation of college students' awareness of the rule of law on the network in colleges and universities,the cultivation content is not perfect,the cultivation means are not innovative and other problems,there are problems in the cultivation of the awareness of the rule of law on the network in families.On this basis,this paper deeply analyzes the reasons for problems occurred in the rule of law consciousness and cultivation of college students' network,including network negative factors,lack of self cultivation of college students subjective initiative,lack of effective design on college students' network of the rule of law consciousness cultivation in colleges and universities,family atmosphere of the rule of law consciousness cultivation not thick and parents network lack of consciousness of rule of law.The fourth part: elaborated the new era university student network rule of law consciousness cultivation path choice.Based on the problems found in the survey and find out the reasons,this paper mainly from three aspects of social cultivation environment,universities,students themselves to improve the awareness of the rule of law network of college students.The ways to improve college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet are as follows: first,to create a good environment for cultivating college students' awareness of the rule of law on the Internet to create conditions;Secondly,colleges and universities should focus on cultivating the awareness of the rule of law on the Internet.Third,enhance personal consciousness,enhance the self-cultivation ability of college students' awareness of the rule of law.
