Education evaluation reform is a key part of education reform,comprehensive quality evaluation is the driving force.Based on daily teaching activities,the implementation of multiple evaluation methods to comprehensively evaluate the development of students in all aspects to achieve the education goal of comprehensive development is the inevitable requirement to deepen the education reform and achieve the educational goal of cultivating people with all-round development.Education for intellectual disability is an important part of special education.Taking education evaluation reform as a starting point to promote the improvement of the quality of education is the fundamental way to "run special education well" and guarantee the right of fair and quality education to students with intellectual disability.Portfolio evaluation is an important part of comprehensive quality evaluation.The implementation of portfolio evaluation is the direction of action to construct a multi-evaluation system for education for intellectual disability.However,there are many difficulties in the education evaluation reform of special education schools,such as the deviation of recognition and the slow progress of multiple evaluations.In view of this,this research intends to systematically study the portfolio evaluation of special school for intellectual disability from three aspects: current situation,problems and countermeasures,so as to provide reference for Special school for intellectual disability to deepen the reform of teaching evaluation and improve the quality of education.This study took 400 teachers from Xinjiang,Jiangsu and other places as the survey subjects.The "Questionnaire on the Application Status of Portfolio Evaluation in Special School for Intellectual Disability" was used to investigate and used the "Current Situation of Portfolio Evaluation in special school for intellectual disability".conducted interviews with 10 teachers of special school for intellectual disability,carried out text analysis of the portfolio evaluation content of X Special Education Schools,and comprehensively investigated the overall use,evaluation design and practical application of the portfolio evaluation of special school for intellectual disability.The survey results show that :(1)Overall use frequency of portfolio evaluation in special school for intellectual disability has decreased,and nearly half of the teachers have not used portfolio evaluation.(2)Portfolio evaluation design had problems such as unclear evaluation goals,single target designer,and lack of basis for evaluation standards.(3)Portfolio evaluation practical applications mainly included the problems of messy collection content,single collection subject,poor evaluation timeliness,lack of professionalism of evaluators,low participation of parents and students,and lack of standardized management programs.In response to the above problems,this research put forward relevant suggestions from the school,teacher,evaluation format and external support.Specifically,starting from the school level,improve teachers' understanding of portfolio evaluation and ensure the effect of evaluation.Starting from the teacher level,fully grasp the overall process of portfolio evaluation and improve the scientific nature of the evaluation.Start from the evaluation method and innovate portfolio evaluation form,promote the electronic evaluation of portfolios.Starting from the external support system,create a complete external support system for evaluation to ensure the multiple synergy of evaluation.
