Research On The Management And Control Mechanism Of "Government-college Linkage" In College Internet Public Opinion

With the rapid development of the Internet,"Weibo,We-chat&News App" and web application platforms such as BBS and forums have flourished,providing contemporary college students with a broader and free space.Through social networks,college students can express their own views and opinions on hot social issues and events related to their own interests.Due to the characteristics of college students and network communication,the explosion of Internet public opinion is inevitable.Therefore,how to effectively control the Internet public opinion of colleges and deal with such crisis so as to promote the construction of network culture of civilized and harmonious campus,become the main issue discussed in this paper.Surrounding around the research objective and content,the paper first summarizes the relevant theories of Internet public opinion,and defines the scope of study.Then,the methods of literature survey,questionnaire survey and case study are adopted to carry out the relevant research with the students from four colleges and universities in Chongqing City as the survey object.Based on the results of questionnaire survey,this paper points out the existing problems and offers an analysis of the causes from four perspectives,namely,government,college and university,students and the outcomes of "government-college linkage".In the study,three real cases are selected with a view to recognizing the necessity of the framework of "government-college linkage" and looking for solutions to the management and control of network public opinion in colleges and universities.Based on the aboved analysis,An organizational structure for the management and control mode of "government-college linkage",which encompasses the pyramid-structure work coordination mechanism and ring-structure information communication mechanism,is set up to put in place an accountability system involving government,the competent administrative department for education and college.This paper also proposes the relevant countermeasures and suggestions,including the establishment of supervision and early-warning mechanism,guidance mechanism and coping mechanism.It is hoped that these strategies and suggestions will be helpful to the management and control of network public opinion in colleges and universities.
