Research On Logistic Support Construction Of Wenzhou Vocational College Of Science And Technology

The socialization reform of logistics in universities and colleges is moving towards direction of the social function of university logistic service by constructing a new type of university logistic support system.This new system is characterized as the government takes macro-control,the school makes their own choice,the market provides the service,the profession manages self-discipline,the function agencies superintend.How to accelerate the process of reform even quicker and better becomes the key problem and how to choose a suitable logistics management mode to fit the development of higher vocational colleges is the key point.This paper analyzes the predicament of the Logistics management mode of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology and studies application of new public management theory in socialization reform of logistics.Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and technology are,same as other higher universities and colleges,commonly festered with insufficient investment and personnel system obstacles.In reference to advanced logistics management mode at home and abroad leads to a new direction of constructing logistics support system in higher vocational colleges.This paper through case study method stated the existing predicaments and the causes found in Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology;these predicaments include insufficient investment,unitary input,backward management theory,irrational management construction,personnel system obstacles which curbs the development of staff and the outstanding contradiction between service quality and consuming needs.Looking into the causes of the above predicaments and optimizing the logistic support system,this paper put forward with solutions and suggestions to perfect the system;mainly are following five aspects,establish of an informationized logistic marketing body,fully exert of government's function in macro-control,construct of self-discipline organism in logistic association,leave universities and colleges making their own choice and consolidate regulatory bodies to superintend.This paper strives to offer experiences for the development of logistic support system of Wenzhou Vocational College of Science and Technology.Meanwhile,other universities and colleges are able to learn from these experiences.
