Recruitment Barriers And Solutions In The Education Development Of Private Vocational Colleges

Private higher vocational education has been developed for more than 40 years and is an important part of China's higher education.It provides a large number of skilled talents for all walks of life in China.Private higher education has a certain scale in China,and the government supports the development of private higher vocational education by formulating relevant laws and policies.However,people have always had prejudice against private higher vocational education.More and more students choose ordinary higher education.Private higher vocational education faces difficulties in enrolling students,such as fewer students,low registration rate and poor student quality.At present,the number of skilled talents in China is large,and the number of applicants for some popular professions is seriously insufficient,which has caused a shortage of social workers.Therefore,how to solve the enrollment problems of private higher vocational colleges,help private higher vocational education to get out of the operational dilemma,and expand the scale of China's skilled talents must become a problem that must be solved in private higher vocational education.Therefore,it is extremely important to study and solve the problem of students in private higher vocational colleges.This paper firstly combs the research background of private higher vocational colleges,and studies the relevant theories of private higher vocational education by studying the research results of relevant experts and scholars at home and abroad,including higher vocational education,private colleges and enrollment,human capital theory,and choice.Theory,lifelong education and other theoretical content,and summarize the development process of private colleges and the enrollment status.Combining relevant theoretical content,this paper takes Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College as an example,summarizes the enrollment situation of the college and its current situation,analyzes the factors affecting the students of the technical college,and then proposes the improvement of the student's dilemma in Zhongshan Vocational and Technical College,including establishing a correct view of talents.And the concept of vocational education,optimize the external environment for enrollment and running schools in private higher vocational colleges,enhance their own attractiveness and strengthen the construction of laws and regulations.Finally,summarize the research results of this paper,in order to improve the quality and quantity of students in the national vocational colleges,and solve the dilemma of enrollment difficulties.The improvement suggestions raised in this paper for the private vocational colleges are useful in a certain period and geographic area.
