With the continuous acceleration of the social process, people's conception of marriage has changed, the rising divorce rate is becoming more and more prominent, and the number of reorganized families accompanying the divorce is also increasing.Restructuring a family is a new type of family that emerges from changes in family structure. It is a combination of two families. The structure is more complex and involves more types of relationship types.Due to the complexity of its structure and relationships, family conflicts in the reorganized family have also increased, among which the conflict between parent and child is more prominent, which has increasingly become the focus of research.Looking at the domestic and international research on the reorganization of family parent-child relationship, most of them are research on the status quo and lack of complete intervention research. From the perspective of social work, this research takes the W community F family as a specific object of study, and applies the combined family therapy model to reorganize family parent-child relationship adjustment, improve parent-child relationship, and explore its effectiveness. In this study, the semi-structured interview method, participatory observation method and scale method were used to collect and analyze the data of the F family. The research found that the F family's parent-child problems mainly manifested as:parent-child communication problems, children's differential treatment problems and neglect of children's Psychological guidance problems. The research mainly analyzes the causes of parent-child problems of F family from the individual level, family level and social level. The reasons at the individual level include:family members 'negative perceptions of restructuring the family;low self-esteem of the clients;family members'unclear definition of family responsibilities and obligations. The reasons at the family level include:poor communication patterns;unreasonable parenting methods;and its own complicated family structure. The social level is due to the influence of public opinion and traditional ideas. On this basis, the research adopts the combined family therapy model, starting from the three stages of the combined family therapy model advocated by Satya, namely the contact period, the metamorphosis period, and the consolidation period. The family F is carried out through techniques such as family sculpture and meditation.Intervene.During the contact period, four meetings were held with the aim of gaining family trust and establishing a formal relationship;collecting and collating family information and diagnosing family problems. So as to prepare for the next stage of interventional treatment.During the metamorphosis, six meetings were held to improve the parent-child relationship of the F family.Mainly use techniques such as family sculpture to reconstruct the communication model of the F family;promote a reasonable family upbringing method;improve the self-esteem of the client;reconstruct the family members'positive awareness of the reorganized family;increase the opportunities for parent-child interaction, thereby gradually improving the parent-child relationship. The final consolidation period is to review and summarize the previous changes in the status quo, assist the client to integrate family therapy experience, and at the same time use meditation techniques to consolidate and strengthen the parent-child relationship of the F family;finally deal with the parting emotions and end the service process. The social worker found that the parent-child conflict and alienation of the F family have been improved, the parent-child relationship has been adjusted, and the family has developed in a positive direction. Finally, this study reflects on the effectiveness and limitations of the combined family therapy model involved in restructuring family parent-child relationship adjustment,as well as the ethical dilemmas encountered by social workers in the practical process.Studies have shown that the combined family therapy model is effective in readjusting family parent-child relationship adjustment. It can help family to establish a good communication mode of family upbringing, and at the same time improve the self-esteem of the client, and family members can grow.
