Doctoral education bears the mission of cultivating high-level innovative talents for the country.Compared with the ever-expanding education scale,the community is more concerned about the quality of doctoral students.Innovation ability is a recognized indicator to measure the quality of education.Insufficient innovation ability will restrict the improvement of education quality.Through research on the long-term life and study of the university environment of doctoral students,the university environmental factors that affect the innovation ability of doctoral students and the impact of different factors are analyzed.To provide a basis for improving the unfavorable environment and creating a favorable environment is of great significance to improving the innovation ability and education quality of doctoral students in China.In this study,the innovation ability of PhD students is included in the analysis of ecosystem theory and ternary interaction theory,and the impact of external environmental factors on the innovation ability of PhD students is emphasized.PhD students are in a nested educational social ecosystem from direct environment to indirect environment.Universities as a micro-system directly contacted by PhD students,and other systems will have an impact on their behavior.At the same time,the cultivation of innovative ability of doctoral students is not "one-way,one-way",and requires individual,behavior,and environment to work together.This study uses a combination of literature analysis and questionnaire survey,and uses SPSS21.0 statistical software to process the data.Descriptive statistics were used to analyze the innovation ability of doctoral students and scores in various dimensions,and non-parametric tests were used to analyze differences in the innovation ability of doctoral students who were only children,different genders,disciplines,student origins,types of universities,permanent residence,and subject background Analysis,and then conduct correlation and regression analysis on the influencing factors of doctoral students Innovation ability.The study found that the mentor and team factors are the most relevant to doctoral students' innovation ability,critical thinking,and collaborative problem solving ability.Interdisciplinary exploration of this factor and The creativity of doctoral students is most relevant.Interdisciplinary exploration,mentor and team factors,and curriculum settings all have a positive impact on doctoral students' innovative ability and critical thinking;interdisciplinary exploration and mentor and team factors have a positive effect on creativity;mentors And team factors and curriculum dimensions have a positive effect on collaborative problem-solving ability;academic activity participation has no significant impact on overall innovation ability,critical thinking,creative ability,and collaborative problem-solving ability.Finally,according to the factors that have a positive impact,some suggestions are put forward to promote the construction of the tutor team,optimize the curriculum,and pay attention to cross-disciplinary training.
