College students enterprising is a focus of research,especially at present the country is to vigorously advocate the creation,created by entrepreneurship to promote the transformation and upgrading of the economy.College students' entrepreneurship,however,faced with financing difficult problem,because many college students entrepreneurs cannot raise funds to make the startup project,then what to the normal college students can't get enough business financing,the main purpose of this study is to understand the influence factors of college students' venture financing,look at exactly what are the factors that restrict the college students' venture financing.Another is in order to better serve the college students' entrepreneurship we according to the influence factors of college students' venture financing to seek the solution,to put forward countermeasures and Suggestions through generalizations.In conclusion the purpose of this study is mainly solve the problem of financing difficulties of college students,to better promote the college students' entrepreneurial activities.In the study of thinking,closely linked to the financing difficulties of this key point,combined with the current national guidelines around a series of college students' entrepreneurial finance related policy and the supporting introduction of relevant concrete implementation opinion,to study he influence factor of college students' venture financing.And based on the research of domestic and international theories about financing,want to apply these theories to the college students' venture financing,and combine the the theory for the research.I believe that under the guidance of the related policy and theory it is feasible to play to intelligence and study the influencing factors and countermeasures of college students' venture financing.In this study we mainly adopts the methods of questionnaire and visiting,on the topic the research process,because of the factors affecting the college students' venture capital is not complete,in addition,there is a certain gap between the content and practice obtained from the theory,so using the method of questionnaire investigation and visit.Through questionnaire investigation and visit that college students to know what are the factors that affect entrepreneurial finance,it is necessary to analyze these factors,of course also need to sort out the previous research results.Through the use of the above methods,it is concluded that college students venture financing influence factors mainly include the following aspects: colleges and universities,government,financial institutions,social,and entrepreneurs.After this conclusion,this paper adopts the method of correlation analysis and generalized reasoning to understand the current shortcomings and deficiencies of the five aspects of colleges and universities,government,financial institutions,social,and entrepreneurs.Based on the above analysis,find out the solution.Specifically,on the level of colleges and universities,it is necessary to improve the financing guarantee system of venture capital and the theory and practice system of entrepreneurship education curriculum,and to optimize the environment of entrepreneurship education;Government level should establish college students' venture financing risk compensation mechanism,adjust the tax system to boost college students' innovative undertaking,the other is to set up the government special fund to support college students entrepreneurship;Financial institutions should develop financial products in line with the characteristics of college students,simplify formalities to improve service levels;Society should encourage the public to participate in the activities of college students entrepreneurship;Entrepreneurs level should focus on learning,constantly improve their own quality and the level of financial theory,through a variety of ways to raise their ability.
