Research On The Construction Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Guidance Mechanism For Local College Students Under The Background Of Mass Creation

In order to response the important deployment of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China on the training innovative entrepreneurs,Premier Li Keqiang putted forward the strategy of"mass entrepreneurship,mass innovation" to speed up the construction of an innovative country and the training of innovative talents.The guiding mechanism of College Students Innovation and entrepreneurship is an important way to cultivate talents,and is the main content and important strategy to achieve "mass creation".The guiding mechanism of College Students Innovation and entrepreneurship includes the government's policy support and guidance,the school's education support and guidance,the public guidance of social organizations and media opinions,and the specific guiding mode of these three and the relationship between their main subjects will determine and guide the ultimate effect of College Students'innovation and entrepreneurship.Therefore,the government,universities and society should be regarded as an organic whole that can cooperate with each other.Through the integration of the guiding methods and contents of the three,as well as the efforts of college students to enhance their innovation and entrepreneurship ability,a cooperative guiding mechanism for college students Innovation and entrepreneurship should be established.This research takes the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism of local university students under the background of "mass creation" as the research angle.Taking Xinjiang Agricultural University of local university as an example,through comprehensive analysis of the current situation and existing problems of the innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism of domestic university students,the implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education of university students is investigated by questionnaire,and the existing problems are analyzed.Based on the principal component-cluster score,the paper makes a comprehensive analysis four key factors affecting college students innovation and entrepreneurship are summarized by the analysis method,and the four key factors are verified by using MOA model.The main influencing factors and constituent factors of guiding mechanism of College Students' innovation and entrepreneurship are further inferred through the influence path and degree.The model analysis shows that the government's policy guidance,university's innovation and entrepreneurship education guidance and social organization and public opinion guidance can play a positive role in promoting innovation and entrepreneurship.These three aspects have a significant positive guiding role with the implementation effect of innovation and entrepreneurship,and new innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism can be created on this basis.This study has laid a theoretical foundation for the promotion and implementation of the new concept of innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism in China.By constructing a new type of university students innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism,this study puts forward relevant optimization and improvement suggestions for local university students' innovation and entrepreneurship guidance mechanism,and also provides reference for improving the development of university students innovation and entrepreneurship education in China.
