In peace under the background of China and the network media age,social development,transformation of violent injury the doctor-patient contradiction such as medicine,medical disputes is the network public opinion increased rapidly,as medical doctor-patient public opinion as the prominent contradictions performance events in the network broke out,not only can result in serious negative impact on the network,also can cause the doctor-patient deepening rift in real life,such as social harm,It is not conducive to the construction of national security,cyberspace security and spiritual civilization in China.At the same time,with the introduction of China's "overall national security concept",the medical community as a special group to protect people's health,their personal safety should be further guaranteed.Nowadays,with the development of information technology,technological progress has provided opportunities for China to deal with the methods,measures and means of public opinion events between doctors and patients.,as in the field of information science and management,organization and presentation of Ontology knowledge of the main method,has formed a solid theory and technology system,can provide technical support for all areas of knowledge management,in view of this,this study in the case of wound healing,view and analysis the present situation of our wounded medical public opinion events,introducing Ontology Ontology technology to hurt the medical public opinion event study,New ideas are proposed for the knowledge organization and response of injured doctors' public opinion events,which can provide reference for the construction of the case database of injured doctors' public opinion events in the future,in order to promote the intelligent development of the management and response of doctors' and patients' public opinion.First of all,this paper summarizes the latest research progress of ontology theory,doctor-patient public opinion and case-based reasoning through literature research.Secondly,using content analysis method,using Python,Excel,SPSS and other tools to conduct statistical analysis on the reports of medical injury incidents from 2009 to 2020,analyzing the current response to and improvement of medical injury incidents from the perspective of national rule of law,and based on the ant square public opinion monitoring system and network public opinion transmission model,Analyze the noumenon elements of public opinion events of injured doctors.Then,the classical ontology construction methods "seven-step method" and "skeleton method" were used to acquire and process the domain knowledge of medical injury events with Python and NLPIR tools,to determine the important knowledge concepts and relational attributes in the domain,and then to expound the ontology application reasoning model theory.Protege,the ontology construction tool,is used to realize the visualization of the injury doctors' public opinion events.Finally,the case information was queried and searched by Protege tool,and the example was displayed.CBR and AHP method were used to demonstrate the reasoning application of the ontology case.Ontology was evaluated by the five principles of ontology construction and the Onto QA evaluation tool.Overall,based on the case of wound healing,build the injury medical public opinion event ontology and has carried on the empirical research,based on network public opinion data related medical events,on the basis of analyzing the injury medical events and public opinion,by introducing the ontology technology medical public opinion events,implementing injury medical public opinion events organization,knowledge representation and reasoning applications.The results of practical application and ontology evaluation show that the overall effect of ontology construction is good.This study is an effective attempt to construct the ontology of doctor-patient public opinion taking medical injury events as an example,and it also provides a new practical perspective for China's medical and health undertakings to manage doctor-patient public opinion with information technology.In the future,ontology knowledge expansion,model modification,intelligent reasoning and other aspects can be studied and improved.
