Research On The Transition Mechanism And Policy Promotion From Necessity Entrepreneurship To Opportunity Entrepreneurship For People With Disabilities

As a group that is easy to be ignored but can not be ignored,people with disabilities should also focus on promoting the development of their entrepreneurial activities while vigorously promoting the development of their undertakings.Entrepreneurial employment,as an effective way to relieve the employment pressure of people with disabilities,is not only a strong support for people with disabilities to meet their needs for survival and development,but also a basic way for them to integrate into the society and highlight their values.Under the strategic background of high-quality development,the development of entrepreneurship activities for people with disabilities should also pay attention to the optimization of entrepreneurial structure and the improvement of entrepreneurial quality.Compared with necessity entrepreneurship,opportunity entrepreneurship of people with disabilities can not only guarantee their own employment and solve the income problem,but also create employment positions and improve social benefits.Therefore,necessity entrepreneurship for people with disabilities with the goal of survival guarantee can no longer adapt to the development of The Times.Through the "enabling" of opportunity entrepreneurship,people with disabilities entrepreneurs will realize their personal value and create social value with more freedom and self-esteem.Firstly,this paper reviews and summarizes the literature and theories on entrepreneurship for people with disabilities,necessity and opportunity entrepreneurship,and the impact of policies on entrepreneurial transition.Secondly,based on the definition of necessity and opportunity entrepreneurship and transition,four dimensions of the transition from necessity entrepreneurship to opportunity entrepreneurship are elaborated: the evolution of entrepreneurial motivation,the evolution of business mode,the evolution of development level,and the evolution of benefit contribution.Secondly,using the grounded theoretical research method based on the original data construction theory,taking the entrepreneurial process of Yang Shuting's entrepreneurial team as a typical case,through field interviews,sorting and screening government report materials,mainstream media reports and other channels,the detailed data of this sample are collected comprehensively,and the collected data are decoded and analyzed,including open decoding,principal axis decoding and selective decoding,and the conceptual categories are continuously summarized and refined.A theoretical model for the transition from necessity entrepreneurship to opportunity entrepreneurship for people with disabilities is developed with three main categories: motivation formation,ability shaping and opportunity utilization,and three supporting categories: resource acquisition,entrepreneurial learning and effective management,and the relationship in the transition realization path model is explained and explained.Finally,starting from the three elements of motivation formation,ability shaping and opportunity utilization,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the entrepreneurial transition of people with disabilities.
