Entrepreneurial activities are increasing popular in china as well as around the world, and many success cases stirred a lot of young people's entrepreneurial passion, in addition, more and more people are eager for achieving business success. Entrepreneurship is becoming a hot topic among media news and civilians and it seems that entrepreneurial opportunity could be identified everywhere. However, successful identification of entrepreneurial opportunities is not an easy task, What contents of opportunity are identified by the entrepreneurs? How can they recognize the specific entrepreneurial opportunity? Why some people could identify entrepreneurial opportunity while others can't? More and more researchers were increasing paying attention to the research on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition which is going to play an important role in the theory research of entrepreneurship.Based on these questions, this paper introduced the theoretical study of entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition, constructed a model to explain how entrepreneurship learning influenced entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition, at the same time, two additional factors were also included, namely, entrepreneurial alertness and environmental dynamism and the relationships of these factors were analyzed.Through questionnaire and structural interview to collect information, this paper strictly analyzed the data with statistics soft SPSS and the main conclusions of this paper were as follows:1. As to entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition, which could be divided into six dimensions, namely, newness recognition, potential value recognition, durability recognition, practicality recognition, uniqueness recognition and desirability recognition. Entrepreneurship learning had a significant positive effect on entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition and different dimention had different effect on entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition.2. Entrepreneurial alertness had kids of mediated impact on the relationship between Entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition. Open thinking can mediate the relationship between all the four dimensions of entrepreneurship learning and newness recognition, potential value recognition, durability recognition, practicality recognition, desirability recognition, failed to mediate uniqueness recognition; Prospecting can mediate the relationship between all the four dimensions of entrepreneurship learning and potential value recognition, durability recognition, uniqueness recognition, failed to mediate newness recognition, practicality recognition and desirability recognition.3. Environmental dynamism can moderate the relationship between entrepreneurial alertness and entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition while failed to moderate the relationship between entrepreneurship learning and entrepreneurial opportunitities recognition.Finally, we systematicly summarized the main conclusions and discussed the theoretical progress as well as practical implications, at the same time, pointed out the research limitations and future direction in order to provide suggestion for one who is going to start or have business.
