This article focuses on the group of "Chinese medicinal material merchants" in LQ Town,collects data through participation observation and interview methods,explores the social basis of the medicinal business group operating Chinese medicinal materials,and analyzes the influence of cultural traditions,interpersonal relationships and other social factors on them.The social foundation is the "constant" with relatively stable characteristics retained in the process of social development.It can be manifested as values,customs,and behavioral norms.The social foundation referred to in this article is the local resources available to drug dealers,such as local cultural ethics and social relations.Cultural ethics is the core of social relations,and social relations are the external manifestations of cultural ethics.Therefore,the social foundation described in this article is limited to the two aspects of cultural ethics and social relations.This article first introduces the drug dealer group in LQ town and its daily operation,and then explains the rural social resources that the drug dealer group depends on,and finally through the two contexts of "integrating existing resources" and "building new relationships" Why the group of drug dealers have a foothold in the drug market has been analyzed.Integrating existing resources refers to the fact that drug dealers take root in the local soil and fully tap the local resources to serve their business goals.Building a new type of relationship means that drug dealers will use the way of thinking and communication learned in the rural environment to deal with customers.They also follow the "sensational" rules of communication in the process of dealing with customers.Open up the development space with one's own identity.The business behavior of the drug dealers is influenced by the local traditions,and traditional customs,ways of thinking and social relations will all have an impact on the business of the drug dealers.Pharmacies protect business order by tapping local resources,such as talking about relationships with employees,trusting information in the circle of relatives and friends,obtaining labor resources from the circle of relatives and friends,and using the local relationship network to serve their Chinese herbal medicine business.In the environment of market economy,drug dealers adapt to local conditions and innovate the “tradition”.They use the way of thinking and communication norms learned in the rural environment to deal with customers,and form a society based on their own identity with customers.people network.It is precisely through the choice of "local traditions" that drug dealers integrate existing resources and expand their space outwards,so as to gain a place in the Chinese herbal medicine market.
