| The construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,which puts forward new requirements for the pace and pace of the construction of sports powers.From "big" to "strong",the new era lead China's sports a new orientation and new mission.To reflect the status of the people as the main body of sports,there is no doubt that the development of sports for all is the realistic embodiment of this great practice.As an important aspect of mass sports,how to promote the high-quality development of community sports and better play the positive role of sports for all in realizing the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation is a major issue worth exploring at present.This study focuses on the development of community sports in Furong District of Changsha City,according to the basic requirements and core concepts of the construction of a new era sports power,from the four dimensions of community sports management system,equipment and facilities configuration,community sports services and community sports culture system to examine the development of community sports in Furong District of Changsha City,and then summarize experience and problems,and try to propose breaking strategies.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)The construction of sports power in the new era puts forward strategic guidance and development requirements for promoting the development of community sports.Specifically,in practice,the guidance of the construction of new era sports power for the development of community sports is embodied in promoting the development of community sports with the aim of promoting "all-round development",promoting the development of community sports with the aim of deepening "health for all" and promoting the development of community sports with the goal of promoting "participation of all people".(2)At present,Changsha Furong District in accordance with the "government-led,overall planning,the whole society to participate" development ideas,in the vigorous development of community sports,promote the equalization of public sports services,fitness life,subject diversification and other aspects have made a lot of efforts,but also played a role in improving the people's physical fitness and health level of functions,management system gradually improve,equipment configuration is becoming more perfect,residents are willing to participate in a greater degree of improvement.(3)Overall,there are still some significant contradictions between the growing sports needs of the people in Furong District of Changsha City and the effective supply of existing sports resources,mainly in the following areas: the expansion of the quality of community sports management and the overall requirements of the new era there is a gap,equipment and facilities and sports power construction objectives are far from,the identity of the management after the merger of institutions is still adjusted,community sports services and guidance there is still a certain gap,community sports culture construction still needs to be further deepened.The main reason lies in the change of personnel and role after the merger of the furong district institutions in Changsha City,and the weak attraction of the community to talents.(4)The causes of community sports development problems in Furong District,Changsha City,are the changes in manpower and roles after the merger of institutions,the changes in sports facilities planning and space area,and the weak attraction of community sports development talents.(5)In the process of community sports development in Furong District of Changsha City,we should strengthen publicity and education,strengthen the residents' awareness of sports participation,further improve the organizational management system to provide quality services to residents,enrich the form of community sports organizations,stimulate residents' enthusiasm for participation,and strengthen the training and team building of social sports instructors. |
