| There are obvious differences between Tourist Characteristic Towns and ordinary tourist towns,tourism characteristics of the town has more features,more significance of tourism resources,the tourism business take the road of sustainable development.From the industry,mode and construction requirements,there are four main characteristics of the tourism town,Namely the "Travel +" characteristic industry,livable industry,government participation,and 5A scenic construction standards.This paper mainly studied in Huadu District of Guangzhou Furong create sports leisure tourism feature of the town as an example to sports and leisure theme tourism town tourism planning.The study includes :(1)this paper firstly discriminates relevant concepts and analysis of research literature review and case comparison,summed up the five essential characteristics of Sports Leisure Town:1,adhering to the "pluralistic development mode of tourism + sports +";2,with suburban good location;3,have the advantage of scenic spots,obvious regional characteristics;4,sports event aggregation,brand;5,good use of external technology and platform.(2)In the case study,the paper analyzes the current situation of Furong Town,including analysis of terrain and physiognomy,analysis of existing resources,comparison of surrounding scenic spots,and analysis of tourist market,And learn from the experience and Enlightenment of the planning of outstanding cases,using the method of SWOT analysis,set out the internal and external influence factors existing tourism situation of Furong Town characteristics,and then through the cross analysis between the various elements of the strategy that a preliminary weighted,goal oriented and finally summarizes six countermeasures:1,the integration of resources,differentiated development;2,vigorously develop the tourism supporting service system;3,protection oriented,moderate development;4,flexible development,phased construction;5,regional cooperation and mutual promotion;6,increase publicity.(3)According to the actual situation of Furong Town,the related theory of flexible use in town tourism planning,tourism planning ideas and methods of sports leisure theme town.Planning tries to solve the problem of the present situation,In the clear planning principles,planning positioning planning,The site is divided into reasonable functional areas,Then,planning and demonstration of traffic road planning,key project planning and two major tourism products are given,and the construction strategy of "three steps" is given.(4)At the end of this paper,the author sums up the six problems faced by the tourism planning of sports and leisure town with relevant theories and practical cases,and gives the corresponding six key points of tourism planning,Are: 1,according to the regional characteristics,to build the town characte ristics of sports and leisure projects;2,focusing on the integration of resources,rational planning of tourist attractions;3,according to local conditions,started the town sports brand characteristics;4,improve the planning of leisure sports tourism facilities;5,protection,to avoid ecological damage;6,to complement regional tourism planning. |
