Research On The Vocational Skills Improvement Of People With Employment Difficulties In Wencheng County

Content: With the rapid development of China’s socialist modernization process,my country attaches great importance to the large-scale development of vocational skills training in order to improve the quality and technical level of workers.In the process of building a well-off society in an all-round way,it is extremely important to improve the vocational skills of people with employment difficulties.Actively implementing the vocational skill improvement action for people with employment difficulties is not only the key to improving the quality of workers and resolving structural employment contradictions,but also providing human resource support for the long-term prosperity and sustainable development of my country’s economy.However,my country’s economically underdeveloped areas have a large base of people with employment difficulties and lack of labor skills,which intensifies social employment pressure,affecting my country’s industrial transformation and upgrading,high-quality economic development,and social stability and harmony.All these indicate that it is very necessary to strengthen the vocational skills of people with employment difficulties.This article takes the vocational skills improvement of people with employment difficulties in Wencheng County,Zhejiang Province as an example,finds out the problems in the vocational skills training of people with employment difficulties at the emergence stage,and proposes corresponding countermeasures to the problems,and offers suggestions for the modernization of Wencheng County,Zhejiang Province.This paper uses questionnaire surveys,interviews and other methods to analyze the status quo of the vocational skills improvement of people with employment difficulties in Wencheng County.The results show that there are some problems as follows: During the training process,the demand and supply are seriously out of balance,and the training content lacks comprehensiveness and mode.Single,public service agencies have shortcomings in overall planning in the process of skill upgrading.As far as the actual situation of people with employment difficulties in Wencheng County is concerned,the main reasons for the above problems can be analyzed from three aspects.The first is that the concept of people with employment difficulties cannot keep up with the development of the new era;the second is that the vocational skill improvement model is not equal to the market demand;and the third is the lack of service management functions of public service agencies.The most important of the above factors is the government public service agency.The following mainly proposes corresponding measures from the perspective of government and public services.Finally,on the basis of the previous discussion,this article proposes specific solutions from three aspects to address the problems in the improvement of the vocational skills of people with employment difficulties in Wencheng County: First,change the thinking of people with employment difficulties through government incentives and publicity.Promote the transformation from passive learning to active learning;second,strengthen the effective integration of the promotion of vocational skills of people with employment difficulties with the modern development of public service network platforms,training institutions and institutions;third,enhance the guiding role of the government and further attach importance to the function of vocational skills training,Improve related service functions and teaching system.In short,the above suggestions all hope to speed up the improvement of the vocational skill improvement system and system for people with employment difficulties,and further promote the development of China’s socialist modernization.
