Research On The Influencing Factors Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers Vocational Skills Training

With the continuous development of urbanization in China,the new generation of migrant workers is a new force in China's urban development,is an important source of labor force in China's social development.But because of the cultural quality,occupation skills,knowledge and other restrictions,the new generation of migrant workers has caused some social problems in the migrant workers,and in these problems,how to promote the new generation of migrant workers occupation skills,so as to realize the transformation of the new generation of migrant workers in city employment and identity,has become to be solved at present China's problems in the process of urbanization.This paper uses literature analysis method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,qualitative and quantitative analysis method,to Shenzhen City,the new generation of migrant workers as the research object,the research on the influencing factors of the new generation of migrant workers occupation skill training participation willingness.This article through the survey data analysis,this paper argues that there are eight main factors affecting the new generation of migrant workers in Shenzhen occupation skill training participation,arrangement of the influence degree of the eight factors from large to small is the development of occupation consciousness,occupation qualification,training cost,training time,average monthly income,training methods enterprise support,training content.In order to improve the Shenzhen City,the new generation of migrant workers occupation skill training participation,need strong occupation skill training propaganda,strengthen the occupation development consciousness of the new generation of migrant workers;create a mechanism of occupation skill training incentives,implementation of employment qualification system;improve the new generation of migrant workers vocational skills training system;strengthen the enterprise for the new generation of migrant workers occupation skill training support strength.
