Research On The Expression And Guidance Of Internet Public Sentiment In Public Health Events

In recent years,the innovation of Internet technology has greatly changed the public opinion environment.One of the most remarkable features is that the emerging online social platforms has become the best public opinion field for brewing,expressing and spreading emotions among the public.With the outbreak of hot news events on the Internet,the online social platforms represented by Weibo and We Chat show extremely strong public opinion and emotional gathering ability,which easily leads to the phenomenon of group polarization,which is very unfavorable to the control of public opinion and the transmission of socialist mainstream values in China.Based on the current network public opinion environment,this paper studies the expression forms,paths and internal motivations of public emotions in public health events,with a view to providing more valuable suggestions for guiding public emotions.This study is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the analysis of the causes of online public sentiment in public health events,which mainly traces and analyzes the root causes,external forces,environment and individuals,and explores the social structural pressure,the participation of various forces in public opinion,the reverse domestication of media and the influence of individual psychology on public sentiment.The second part analyzes the expression characteristics of online public emotions in public health events,including the group characteristics of emotional expression subjects,the diversified expression composed of different communication symbols,the discourse style of texts,the main types of emotions and the classification methods.The third part is the communication crisis and influence of online public emotions in public health events.It is found that emotions are easy to be detonated,too negative,obviously enlarged,easy to repeat,and too strong in moral color in the process of communication,which has negative influences on the guidance of public opinion,the network environment and the public themselves to varying degrees.The fourth part is a case study of the longevity biological vaccine event,which discusses the evolution mechanism of public sentiment in specific public health events by quantitative analysis from four stages: brewing,outbreak,evolution and fading.The fifth part is the discussion and research of guiding regulation,aiming at the current guiding dilemma,and looking for an effective way to guide public sentiment.It is found that,compared with the traditional media public opinion field,the public narrative in the network public opinion field has been alienated to a greater extent,and the public sentiment is presented in the form of micro-text,playful discourse characteristics and intuitive expression,thus realizing the rapid transformation from individual narrative to group identity.The national cultural system and social structure are the sources of public sentiment brewing in public health events.The environmental characteristics and media power brought by the development of Internet technology are the conditional factors for the brewing and dissemination of public sentiment,while the individual's differentiated psychology is the influencing factor of expression,which is also the main reason for the diversification of public sentiment expression.The results show that although both positive and negative emotions are a part of public emotions and play an important role in the development of public opinion and the evolution of public opinion environment,the negative emotions of the public are far greater than the positive emotions.Therefore,this study will mainly analyze the negative emotions of the public,and the foothold lies in how to better avoid the negative effects brought by negative emotions,and put forward constructive suggestions from the perspective of emotional guidance,so as to establish a more perfect public opinion response mechanism and a more three-dimensional public opinion management pattern.
