With the implementation of the "Labor Contract Law" in 2008,the employment form of labor dispatch has been developed rapidly and has grown out of its former role as a supplementary form.Many problems have arisen from the over prosperity of labor dispatch.It is a hard task to improve the sense of organizational belonging of labor dispatch employees in state-owned enterprises with higher proportion of such employees,and make them work with peace of mind in the enterprises.It is one of the important problems faced by enterprises to make the best of the work potential of dispatched workers and create more value for these enterprises.The sense of belonging of labor dispatch employees analyzed from the perspective of social capital.Through questionnaire survey,data are gathered on the current situation of the sense of organizational belonging of labor dispatch employees of Z company.The concept of social capital is transformed into three dimensions: structural capital,relational capital,and cognitive capital.Then,from the perspective of social capital,the sense of organizational belonging of the labor dispatch employees of Z company are analyzed.It is found that these three dimensional social capitals all have a significant impact on the sense of organizational belonging of labor dispatched employees.The larger the company's labor dispatch staff interaction network,the higher the trust in the company and its internal personnel;the more consistent the goals,and scale of social network,the higher the degree of trust;and the more consistent the goals,the stronger the sense of belonging to the organization.Finally,measures can be taken in four aspects so as to cultivate the sense of organizational belonging of labor dispatch employees: organizing corporate activities,developing group mutual assistance,promoting corporate culture,doing a good job in identity replacement,and retaining talents for the company.
